was wondering; would you'd be open to a "hired hand". Only asking because anyone that's long-term played fs22 knows the grind gets hard at times. Plus, I enjoy that part.
would be really cool to see guests or another person on this series, similar to his farming with dad series
In my humble opinion it might be wise to focus on silage fields and implements to produce it quickly before passive income investments. Still though, for viewer enjoyment, it would be cool to produce as many different production chains as possible from fields.
Get the AutoLoad mod, you are gonna need it to get to 1 billion, not only for bales but pallets too
Please let him never hit $1 billion and let this series never end. I look forward to it so so much.
I just caught up with this series, I love watching you and your dad play.
I started my own game before starting watching this series and bought the same farm actually! Thanks for showing us that silage barn, that is going to be a huge help for me.
Could you show off some of your favorite mods you use, and what all they add? I'd be interested in seeing how you got your Chevy Trucks, and baby ducks in other games.
And now that you are using a front mower and baler set up, you CAN hire help to mow, and they will create the bales too. They just won't bale if that's the only thing attached.
Yeah more DLCs, gives you more options
Yeah definitely more DLCs
Keep the barn. Sell the combine. Buy the auto load trailer. 😁
You should be allowed to pick up the collectibles but only us it to pay off some of the loan because you didn’t want that loan but had to start with it and the collectibles are also already there it could help balance it some
Especially since on this map they are only worth 1k each
in my mind, all mods from giants, and all dlc are fair game. I consider those a part of the game.
I do like the idea of the series bein vanilla'ish with just some dlcs and mods. I think you should invest in a spinnery to make cloth from the wool you are already getting from the sheep, and also in the future make clothes from the cloth. and maybe do some cotton to supplement the spinnary.
+1 for autoload mod and get the bigger bees output point
I think cotton/wool/fabric/clothes is a good production chain since you already have most of the parts and cotton is fun
definitely sell the oil factory you'll get the inputs back and then you can sell whatever remaining canola
this is my favorite series and your 1 acre series was so enjoyable I bought the game and now have over 300 hours logged since March :D
go jake go!
Definitely get a flatbed trailer and pickup for all the pallets. You could also sell the other barn and get the smallest easy steel shed. For the canola factory, you might be able to unload the factory and sell the canola normally.
This is my favorite series! Please dont stop
+1 again for the autoload trailer. It improves your efficiency while bailing, just like the new setup. Would be very handy for contracts too, as bailing gives good money plus the extra bales. And you save manual time which can be used for other tasks (content variety) or fast forwarding time to gain more money. And with the rest of the money you should get more land imo, you already have a lot of equipment so low oportunity costs to make more canola or silage.
21:16 yes
First I want to say loving the series and second whatever AI you or your video editor is using to make your thumbnails I love it, your thumbnails just grab my eyes for some reason they just pop in a certain way for me♥
The barn have a under ground so they have a big dent in the famr
Make silage from grass using OmaTana's farm supply factory. Use the little green shed I think from the same pack to make solid fertilizer from the digestage you get from the farm supply factory. Plus that shed can make herbicide from road salt and water. Big money income for little cost
I also think you should take it a bit easier and try to pay off your debt. That loan interest is really eating you, especially on a long term farm like this.
Probably should sell the combine and just rent one whenever you need to harvest crops. Pretty cheap to rent and frees up capital you can use for more immediate concerns.
So I was wondering, since selling these silage bales is based on a demand mechanic, can you get to a point where all sale points are completely saturated? That would be really cool to see :D
After that it wouldn't make sense to keep doing silage, so in my opinion that's when you should start fields with a new crop.
Also, get the auto loader, you spend soooo much time hauling marshmallows it's almost frustrating 😂
Im pretty sure if you sell a production with inputs still in it, you get the sell price of the input also.
I think there’s a few obvious things going on here.
1. You’re not playing optimally
2. You’re burning out on this format, and you will especially burn out if you do what half these comments suggest and just do silage all day
3. The economy is doing you no favors
Here’s a take I haven’t seen yet:
Turn the economy down and add a few quality of life mods. Your unoptimized play is not as penalized and You can afford to raise canola or another crop since you won’t be sacrificing so much to the altar of optimization. Plus, you’ll make what everyone here feels like is missing: progress. Maybe it feels too easy and you revert, but it feels like it could give the series an injection of excitement.
I, for one, would be bored if I did silage all day long in fs22. Just by your tone of voice, you will be too. Variety is the spice of life.
I spent the last few days binging this whole series, and the morning I finish you upload again? Im a lucky duck
If you want to do another crop, then wheat would be your best option. After tests and stuff wheat’s ROI is the best. And selling the straw makes it even better
I think it would be cool if you kept the factory, grew olives and made olive oil. You'd probably have to lease at first or take big loans, but oil is big money and you already have the factory.
Ths csv mod pack or w.e has a better bale fork that doesnt drop the bales. And i run 2 swathers to cut grass. Get 60ft swaths with the 30ft header on the down and backs with a hired worker. And id atleast upgrade to the non cheaty quick bale.
Call me crazy, but I tested it and it is faster (and less repetitive) to run a wide mower and then the krone rake that takes all one direction. Put 3 passes in each windrow, and bale up some nice thick windrows. Takes less time than making a million passes with a mower/baler combo. Only reason to run a mower/baler is if you run a worker
I have to think the easiest way to earn a billion dollars would be silage through the DLC biogas plant. Use silage silos to feed the BGA automagically and watch the money pile up.
The first free public library was founded in Peterborough, New Hampshire in 1833.
You should sell your straw bales
I personally think ya need to do only do crops that ya can bale after harvesting with combine besides silage this way ya get paid twice on a crop per acre
Sell both and get Grants ( the Squads) real life farm sim shed.
Hello! I was wondering what map you are using for you and your dad series
Add mod for automatic stop for bailer. It slow down on 90% and wait until you unload it
Makes sense to enable the DLCs you already own.
Can you tell me the name of the mod that you show how full a trailer is, when your sitting in the harvester for example.
You should use the expandable pastures mod
I know cotton harvesters are crazy expense but I think a box of clothes sells for 10K each! Cotton and sheep focus???
I have seen that video on Facebook and I just wonder how he got the pto to the bailer from the tractor
If you plan on running bees plant grass fields and get some sheep as well
Hey dill. I think the biggest thing you have shown so far is the importance of not continually changing what your farming.
I think should do just beans. They will give you the most crop money.
Please, please, please, focusing on silage is good but upgrade that equipment, the front mower and baler combo is real ugly, get a bigger mower, it will repay itself so quickly
I think you should be able to fill that hole free of charge! Before you drive into it. 😂
A great film about farming! Beautiful shots. I recommend it to every fan of simulators! 🚜🌾
Not gonna lie I've watched some of these episodes and i really dont see a path to a million dollars let alone a billion dollars.
Get automatic trailer
Can you please put all the dlcs in
Will you try field fliping?
I might be wrong, but isnt the Factory deactivated? It says Activate at the bottom in the Menu
That is because I have Sunflower selected. You'll see a blue dot next to Canola on that list, that is showing you have it set to Active. Also you can see the production status if I would have selected Canola in the middle section of the menu.
@@TheFormalPickle ah lol thanks, I am still a noob at fs22
@@TheFormalPickle btw donot sell barn it will leave a huge hole
beans and corn
Sell the other barn and put all DLC’s
Put little solar panels on the bees.
Hello
Day 30 of saying love this series
Why don’t you do bigger bales then you’re have less to pick up ?
ngl i think you should be able to use mods that can go on pc and console
The factory is not activated I saw it
sell the other barn
Silage n cotton
I would love to be a farm hand for you
baler should fit in basement
I am aussie
The production is inactive!
Things we need:
A barn
A pallet fork
A garden hose
Things we could get:
More sheep
Better equipment
More land?
You can pick up bales by hand. Could make loading/unloading quicker.
No you cant
@@M360yt I modded I can pick up 15k silage bales on ps5
Love the videos and you should build a giant solar/wind farm
It’d be pretty sweet if he would pick a field and just turn that field into an energy farm. Looks unrealistic and tacky to have them how they are. Lol.
Is anyone else having trouble with downloading new maps on the Xbox? Or is it just me?
Get a Dog! Pleaseeeee
bees are not worth it. I had 5 of the large hive shelves you built and collected for 8 months and sold during the highest price. 88K .. crap... not even made the price of 1 hive.. only do bees if you wanna make cereal fully on your own...
Lease to buy mods
your production chain is going so slow because its not currently activated.....
It is activated. You’re seeing sunflower not canola.
@@TheFormalPickle You are right sir, I saw in the latest video, I miss read it was only popped up for a second. Keep up the great work man.
Do a bit more passive income
Maybe it would be much better if we don’t see as much contracts. Personally I found it boring
I want more dlc
First
DONOT SELL BARNS THEY HAVE UNDERGROUND THERE WILL BE A HUGE HOLE
Wish you would go back to the old style of content. Im not try to be mean or make you lesser but i feel the old rp series is better than this it feels like your trying to fit in with with a newer style of content but i feel if you were to go back to the old way you would so much better. Im not saying you need to get back with all the old people but the old way you made videos it feels way to scripted now. Maybe go back and watch videos from like 2 3 years ago and see how you can go back. Anyway i still love your channel and the happiness it used to bring. Have a good day
That is funny because today's videos are far less scripted than most of my old RP series lol
I hear what you're saying, I just thought it was a funny observation.
If you haven't, try the series with my real farmer dad. That series is VERY not scripted, should be right up your alley :)
