In this video I answer a question about what Jesus might say about Donald Trump if he were here today, in the flesh. Includes a discussion of the Leaven (Yeast) of Herod.
It grieves me every time I hear people like MTG profess that she is a Christian, and in the next breath spread hate, conspiracy theories and lies using potty language. The world is watching and this makes evangelism so much harder.
She has weaponized Christianity - as they all have and most of all, Trump - in order to pursue power. She clearly does not live in or follow Jesus' example which is the essence of His teachings. Nor does he. She is the complete opposite of his example. Words mean nothing. What is she DOING? That is what tells us.... What are they all doing?

agree, we are in the middle of a satanic battle, and I can see that the influncers on You Tube are "PRETTY LITTLE LIARS" and their mantra is HATE CONSERVATISM, HATE GOD, and LOVE TOTALITARIANISM. Its crazy and it is going to work because we have allowed influencers to drag our children/young people to the very gates of STUPIDTY, and brainwash them there. The crazy thing about it is that YT people believe anything that hangs from the ass of a communist liberal, which YT is FULL of. PRAY for your children- Pray for those who need to hear the word, the time is short and we will soon see the Blessed Hope. As for these people I dont believe there is any hope for them, and they sell hate which we know isnt from God. REMEMBER if they belong to Jesus they WILL show the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Maranatha!

Trump is using them to win the next election . Monetary, and votes . Nothing more . We all have free will . They are free to allow themselves to support Trump , they are also free to leave Trump . We need to forgive them to help them find their way back to their loved ones and Jesus loves them always . They can always return and be celebrated with love and forgiveness . We will always love these people who have lost their way . Never abandon them . Abandoning them is just what Trump wants . Find ways to stay close to your loved ones supporting Trump . Example , ‘ my neighbors support Trump . I told them that we will be neighbors longer than Trump will because alive . And I take being a good neighbor seriously . I honestly love my neighbors . And they are allowed to be a Republican . It’s a right that they have as an American . We say hi every day ! My husband is a Republican . And I love him more than I dislike Trump . And our relationship is more powerful than Trump . And he admits to me more and more that Trump is an idiot . That’s the power of love ❤️
Yes, I've agreed so much since trump clinched our election, but it wasn't that he won in 2020 election but All the Horribly dangerous and disgusting things hes done to women, our country, our politics, election, his nasty comments, insults, threats and divide amongst our friends, family and neighbors. He's totally made many very uncomfortable with his ANTI Christian ways. His lies, are just above God's conmandments. Many friends and family have also watched in total disgust and shame that trump took hold of our country's Christians. I became a God loving Christian in 1980..with my sister who is Still a christian..only difference is, I've left because of trump and shes still his follower. Here's a sister, that brought me to religion..and now, I won't follow Christianity because just how much trump has used it for his own monetary gain..and his power. I tried hard to make my sister see what he's done, the fowl language..the divide, the insults, the nasty behaviour and most importantly the fact the he really doesn't know the Bible and God's word. HE held the Bible upside down at a news channel. He caused our Capitol police severe mental trauma and physical harm even death. Fox news won't tell these evangelicals the God's spoken truth..this is why we cannot change them..its so sad😢😮furthermore all the deaths trump caused by denying folks the covud immunizations so that they would've survived today. He calls everything a lie, face he's, a fraud..this is everything trump has been. Please 🙏 help us save our country Pastor. Trump is An anti christ, he's a false prophet..sometimes it's so frightening how his followers don't realize the end of our country's democracy as we know it. 😢

That’s sound advice that you should live by. I am not Anti-Trump but I don’t like liars, and Trump has been and is one of the most prolific liars in the USA at this moment. Even after all the provable lies he has told, it still amazes me how many people are still being fooled.

Here are my thoughts of what I see:
The points of contention with the Catholic/Christian vote is "killing babies," and "mutilating their bodies," for transgender persons and "we must correct people when they're wrong."
I didnt know Jesus said to have dominion over another person!!!! Never, ever, did he!
We MUST walk in another's shoes, never ever judge, and love them to the ends of the earth, and finally, "love, does not insist on its own way." (1 Corinthians 13.) We dont need anything else to guide us to good policies.
I heard someone prominent in a Christian faith say that "tolerance" is not a Christian value or virtue. Then tell me, please, I beg you, why God has been "tolerant" with us for 7000 years if its not a Christian value?!

I think that when Jesus told us to feed the hungry, care for the sick, and give shelter to the homeless, He meant it.
Absolutely! When I hear people complain about the homeless being anywhere near them, even when they're doing nothing wrong, it breaks my heart and puts me in a dark place.
Yes, he absolutely meant it. It makes me incredibly sick when I see Christians support things like criminalizing homelessness.

@@Hbr_ed It makes me sick too. The idea of withdrawing the little care the homeless receive appeals me. Sure it’s annoying, the cardboard boxes covered with plastic, the piles of garbage but if it’s annoying to see, what’s it like to have to live like that? So many of the homeless have serious mental illnesses and/or addiction problems. Isaiah told us that a nation will be judged by how it cares for the widow and the orphan. I don’t think we are doing a very good job of that either. Sometimes, I wish I were a billionaire because I could really do something rather than just the cribs and dabs I can afford.

I pray many more do. I pray for people with spiritual authority, to understand and speak the truth. We always need to look at people’s hearts and actions, not their political affiliation. How easy it is for satan to use republicans, when evangelicals say democrats are evil. I have heard ministers say, that you can not be a Christian and vote democrat. This simply is a lie. Neither party is good. However, republicans vote against common sense aid for Americans, who are in need, and give tax breaks to the 1%. This is not Christ-like. This is greed. It is the love of money, and there is nothing dt loves more than money. We can’t afford to have him, in the Whitehouse. he looks out, for his own interests. Our nation’s security is for sale or already sold. This isn’t politics. It’s our security. No president should have immunity, if they commit crimes. The fact that the SCOTUS is even entertaining this is beyond ridiculous!

I'm not a church going guy but I have read the Bible. It's my opinion that many evangelical pastors are quick to quote scripture but never seem to follow the teachings of the Bible. They judge those who aren't like them. They don't turn the other cheek it seems to me that many pastors are false teachers wolves in sheep's clothing. Especially the prosperity pastors. The way they conduct themselves leads me to believe that they really don't believe in heaven or hell. I'm usually a lot harsher but you aren't the typical evangelical pastor who is saying that the Bible and Jesus are too woke. They preach that God sent trump to do his bidding. According to the Bible I read that would be blasphemy.

I am so grateful I stumbled upon your video today. The majority of my FB friends are trump-loving evangelicals, and you can imagine the vitriol coming at me, but as a Christian, I feel the need to speak the truth and teach. Maybe sharing this will reach at least one person.
Yes I just got ripped from many of my Christian friends because I spoke out about them comparing Trump to Jesus. It just boggles my mind and hurts my heart that the brainwashing has had more effect on them than the Power of God's Word in them. But Jesus commanded us to go into the world and preach the gospel to all nations, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.... he did not say, go into politics and force people to behave like Christians by the force of the law. We, who are not under the law, but under grace, should know better. When you talk to people about Jesus, strive to be patient and perfect in love. Don't take things personally. If there is any vengeance that needs to take place, any wrath that must be expressed, let God do that. Vengeance is mine, says the Lord.

The first thing I have to say to you is, thank you, thank you, thank you! I have never been a very political person, but I have been torturing myself about what choices I need to make in the upcoming election and what’s going on in the Christian community-how it has become more and more divided. I did not vote for Donald Trump in 2016. I never even took him seriously as a candidate. What is happening now in our country is very scary and threatening to our freedom and how we should govern our nation. So many pastors and teachers that I admire, people who have taught me so much in my walk with Christ are supporting this man and I couldn’t understand why. I just watched about five of your videos, and a great weight has been lifted off of me. Your calm and well researched presentations have helped me so much. I thought I was losing my mind because nothing was adding up. We really must pray for this upcoming election. Thank you again for reaching out to everyone about this issue.

Thank you! I am concerned for the souls of the people in the MAGA movement. The idolatry is overwhelming. They bow down and worship this man. They treat his every word and action as infallible. They speak and act with unquestioning obedience. They call him the savior of our nation and the world. We have but one Savior, and that is Jesus! Many are far too willing to take up actual arms to mow down anyone who should disagree or confront him. You couldn't get farther from the teaching of Jesus than that. Peter took up a sword and cut the ear off a soldier who came for Jesus. Jesus sternly rebuked him and put the ear back on the man healing him. You see zero fruit of the Spirit from people who are sold out to this movement. They have sold themselves out to him. You can't call a man a Christian who in multiple interviews has said that he has never asked God for forgiveness and that he does not need to ask God for forgiveness.

Thank you for this, I am not Christian, but was raised going to church. I have many friends who are Christian, some are Trump supporters and others are not. Before commenting I would like to preface that I am an agnostic-atheist so this does come from a perspective that is detached from the faith. However, I am appreciative of Christians coming out and taking a stand for their beliefs in this regard. My own Christian families' support for Trump has led me to a lot of confusion the past 7 years. I'm not unfamiliar with Christian doctrine and in some instances I think I know it better than my family, sometimes directly quoting scripture in rebuttal of their political opinions. Part of my reason for leaving the faith was rooted in the fact that politics superseded the faith of the people around me. They sacrificed their convictions for political power. Too often it seems like faith is used as a tool for personal gain rather than a spiritual guide. While I don't believe anymore, I'd like to see Christians live by what their Bible says than live as a hypocrite.
I understand your thoughts completely, I just hate to see you turn away from Jesus because of those who actually worship idols. Trump and his followers are also those whom Jesus Christ came to save.

Thank you for your message, I have been praying for a long time for answers. I wished that Jesus could tell us what to do about the good people who believe in Trump so. As a teacher and a believer I knew that Trump was a FOX over people who assumed to be the poor sheep, who followed with no understanding of the teaching of Jesus Christ. And knowing that Jesus was in a time and gives us understanding of what to do in this time gives me STRONG understanding that Jesus knew we would need HIS words to help us through this. I am so happy to hear these words because POWER and GREED and the damage to families, friends, and Christians has been overwhelming for me to wrap my understanding how anyone could accept Trumps' lies and control of others. Thank you over and over again, I can now understand Jesus gave us the answer.

In my Church we have been going over Kingdom Catagories and the biggest challenge and divide to Christianity in our country. Right vs Left politically. Right vs left is not a Kingdom Concept. Up vs down is ( heavenly vs earthly) also violence vs peace, revenge vs forgiveness and flesh vs spirit. We still have 6 more catagories to go in the sermon series but this says it all to me. As Christians we must always strive to live by the Word. I am sure Hate vs Love will be one on the Kingdom Concepts.
