Animating on 2's can be great for action sequences in my opinion, making thinks to smooth can make the actions less impactful and important. If you're gonna animate complicated movement, animating pose to pose can help keep character designs consistent, it also means you don't have to spend all your time on animating the sketches. Great animated fight sequence and video.
