Stunning look, best I've seen for this palette, main difference is starting with the "topper" makes the blue brighter. I just got it last week. Really a lot of ways to do the blue, Morphe has this shade, Glamanatrix's new Pastels Palette has two blue shades, one slightly deeper. I duped it with Nars Cap Ferratt trio, Merit single in Studio, a topper from Jeffree Star's Northern Lights highlighter palette, and Colourpop SuperShock Cheek in Monster.
Good afternoon, Grace. The blue shadow looks lovely on you. Certain blue shades can be too much for my taste, but the way you utilized this beautiful color with the other shades is perfect. The blushes are gorgeous too! 🥰
I just saw this palette in person yesterday. I've been telling myself I don't need it (I truly don't), buuuuttttt I find myself having a hard time resisting now that I've seen it. I find the lightness in the shades very appealing. The look you created is so pretty 💙
The best way to use the Chanel Baumé stick is to warm the product on the back of your hand, then pick it up with a brush (I use the Sonia G classic base)and stipple on the areas you wanna highlight. This helps build the highlight to your liking and prevent lifting of products underneath 😊 great video beautiful, sending love 💕💕💕
🙌🏼 ooh! Thank you for the tip 💙 I appreciate it. I’ll have to give that a try. I also want to try it out with the Water Fresh Tint. I imagine it works very well with that 💙
💙 thank you so much! In addition to taupe, grey, white, cream & black - I consider blue a neutral 😊 my closet has mainly blue along with traditional neutrals 💙
I love this look on you, it is beautiful! I love those blushes too, very easy to wear! I have been thinking about getting one of those shiseido brushes....is there a learning curve to it? When they first came out I saw a video and the color red was coming out when washed. Has that ever happened to you? Have a great weekend!!
💙 thank you! Great question about the brush. Even though it’s a unique shape, it’s surprisingly ergonomic. I had the same question about the red transferring previously so I did an experiment to check. I washed a new brush and I found the red transferred just slightly (a dot or two) when I washed it - but then I didn’t see anything after that. It would be great if they could offer this brush without any dye 🙌🏼
😁 This is actually less product than I typically use. I prefer to build thin layers slowly with very intentionally placed products for different purposes to achieve a nearly undetectable appearance on the skin suited for real life. It’s certainly possible to use less product for a very flawless appearance on camera, but it can appear very evident in real life - which isn’t my particular aesthetic. I also have various challenges like dark spots and enlarged pores which are potential areas where makeup can go awry quickly. I also know my techniques are very different than what others may be featuring, but these have evolved over time and work for me 💙
I bought that Dior blue palette when I couldn’t get the Chanel Rivage. I bought Rivage on the web site and my order was processed. Three days later they canceled my order and it’s been sold out ever since. I called the Seattle Boutique and they had one left. So I drove 200 miles from my home to get it. I bought a few other things to make the trip worth it. I wonder if Chanel will restock? My local Nordstrom never got any of the Spring collection.
Oh wow💙 you had quite an adventure to get this palette 🙌🏼 it’s one of my favorite Chanel palettes in the recent past. Just my speed - a bit of color but not too much. 💙 enjoy it 🌟
@@EverydayEdit I am lucky to have a husband of 47 years who loves my obsessions. He told me that any time I need to go to Seattle to get product that he’s ready for a road trip.

💙 thank you! The blue is very wearable - it reminds me of how Chantecaille does color - a bit whimsical, but never overdone.
Love the blush on you!

💙 it’s a lovely palette & still a bit understated with just a touch of color. I look forward to using it whenever I can 😊
If you’ve found it somewhere then buy it. You can resell it. I see your name is 970. Is that part of your zip code like mine?

I’d love to see the new Chanel lipsticks (the ones in the amazing white packaging) on you, but only if you’re interested in them 😊
💙 thanks for letting me know! I may have already ordered that lip 🤫😊 Now I just need to film it 💙

Rivage has been sold out for weeks
I wish it was still available 💙 it’s one of my fav recent Chanel palettes.
Could you check the blue in the Gucci palette? 💙
Oh gosh! Right in time 💙 there’s a video going up at the end of the week that compares both side by side. But as a preview - they are very different
