Saw this movie with my son some years back and I told him he might see this crazy stuff one day. He thought it was wrong to do things like that to humans and did not think it was a good thing. I agreed.
A machine wouldn't have any need to try to make the world a better place and help people. He sacrificed everything he was trying to accomplish, everything he had accomplished because it was what his wife wanted at the time and to save his friend from getting killed by the same person who killed him and a lot of other people. Johnny's character killed no one yet other people had no issue killing out of fear of the unknown.
The movie gave us the typical perspective of A.I. while accessing the Internet, the world. But, I wish it would have proposed what Will and Evelyn's existence was like still from their point of view, at the end, as part of the water, sky, sunflowers, etc. without the Internet.
I think I can tell it onhis face that his appearance has changed. Knowing now what he was going through with Amber, I think it's taking a real toll on his physical and also emotional healyh. He seems to have a sadness on his face. So sorry a wonderful man like Johnny was living through the hell of his wife while tryi g to hold everything together. Justice reigns for Johnny, but it took a lot out of him.
