I highly recommend spraying the exhaust wrap with silicone spray before getting it dirty. Otherwise the wrap will fray and pack with mud making a mess.
@@Justjeepingadventures the headers and exhaust pipe should have been ceramic coated before wrapping. The exhaust wrap needs to be sprayed with a silicone spray to stop water and oil infiltration. DEI p/n 010301 silicone spray will work fine.

If he(Casey) develops an oil leak, and that gets on the exhaust wrap on his headers, it will cause a fire he cannot extinguish easily. It could burn down his truck. That's where the silicone spray comes in.

Hey Casey! I heard Toyota 4-runners alternators go bad (when forging through water crossings) because they are mounted low on the motor... I noticed the demon engine has it mid height as compared to the stock 3.6 which is on top. Any concerns or plans to be able to move it up higher with a custom bracket? I was wondering about this when I heard you mentioning the need for a snorkel. Love the build, can't wait to see how it does out on the trails.

Nice build! I am looking forward to watch the video of the test drives. Changing the topic I do not understand why you feel it is necessary to be negative about the Diesel engine. It is durable, very good off road thanks to its low-end torque. Your "diesel fuel is x cents more expensive than gasoline" comes across as dumb because you are leaving out that the diesel engine is 25% more fuel efficient than a comparable gasoline engine. And I question whether people buy a Jeep Wrangler EcoDiesel to save money to begin with.
Its a joke, we are sarcastic about everything. Clearly the 840hp supercharged hemi is not going to be better on fuel even if fuel is cheaper lol. No one buys Jeeps to save money... well maybe Landon at Epic with his 4xe lol.
Haven't heard good things about 1 piece driveshafts on rigs that are actually used off-road. Makes it extremely easy to hit it - especially on the Gladiator. I'd definitely stick with the 2 piece and keep that carrier bearing.

This is basically my dream gladiator build except I'd go with a hellephant if the budget allowed.
Problem with the Hellaphant is you can't run pump gas to get the 1000hp

Eliminated the Start Stop battery as well, replaced it with a Genesis full sized dual battery kit, solved my battery issues.
