I would say a simple shed would potentially leave you with some moisture issues if you are storing clothes... difficult to control temperature etc in a garden shed and they can tend to deteriorate in condition quite quickly whereas a more substantial log cabin type thing would allow you to store your stock more securely, have an office space, work in the warmth, be able to photograph your stock in there. Do you divide your listing tasks up throughout the week? You are miles more experienced than me but I wanted to get 42 drafts sorted so that I didn't have to do any listing over Christmas. I found the most efficient way to do it was take all the photos on the monday, do all the photo editing on tuesday and then item specs in a draft for each of the items on weds then it was just a case of dropping the photos into the correct listing and copy and paste the title for the bulk of the description which I noticed Simon also does. Am sure I am teaching you to suck eggs there as the saying goes but my new year's resolution is to stick to that sort of routine and keep a week ahead with my draft bank. Looking forward to seeing how you get on in 2025. All the best for the new year.
Hi David, thanks for the comment, some really good points. Yes I try to divide it up like yourself I just need to push through and get it done :) Really helpful so thank you! Cheers Nick
Happy new year 😊 I’ve been watching your videos and learned a lot about good brands, but here is the thing where I’m stuck sourcing. What do you mean by supplier where to find those? And have you tried mystery bundles or whatnot?
Happy new year! That's great to hear! I mean trying to find a supplier (I've tried wholesale, whatnot) , but more importantly creating relationships at car boots, charity shops etc.. Cheers Nick
My advice would be to be as careful as possible regarding business over the next couple of years as by the end of the year the economy will be so much worse. I am trying to warn most resellers but I know many will disagree which is fair enough but I hope some listen.
Great video, love the Be Happy idea, that resonates with me as well. Thanks for the shout out, have a great week Simon
Thanks Mate! And you

ever thought about using a VA to help boost your draught bank and listings?
Hi Paul, yes have looked into in the past but they were quite expensive, I will have a look again though. Cheers

Why what’s happening that’s going to change that resellers can’t adapt to?
