Really interesting video thank you. As an almost 7 foot tall golfer (I use that term loosely), I feel I learn more watching women play golf as they tend not to try too hard to leather the ball. Thanks for sharing 👍
I used your suggestion re using my driver and found if I have the ball opposite left heel and the butt end of the driver handle pointing to belt buckle I was gaining both height and distance/ Thank you for that. Greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Georgia, very helpful for a newbie like me. I don't know if you've already covered this, but one thing a newcomer including me does is often misses the ball completely. One reason I think is obviously address, but I also think I miss when I tense up and grip the club too hard. Should I just relax and keep my wrists loose? I've had six pro lessons and about to join my first golf club, but I'm not looking forward to going out on the course and looking like a complete greenhorn who can't even hit the ball!
You’re very welcome! It’s tough to answer without seeing your swing but over tensing generally would cause more harm than good for sure ☺️ main thing is you go out there and enjoy it. Everyone started somewhere and the more you play on the course, the more your confidence and technique will improve ⛳️ go out there and have fun 🥳
One of the problems I have with knowing my distances is that range balls don't go as far as normal balls, I find they go further on the course. Is there a standard adjustment I can make to transfer my distances to the course. Thanks for another great, simple lesson, I certainly didn't know to place the ball further forward to get more loft on my wedges.
100% correct and great question! You will find range balls travel less than on the course. You could maybe head to an indoor simulator and use the ball you use on the course to track yardages more accurately ⛳️
Hi Georgia from the land downunder. I think this is your best and most important video yet. I'm going to try some of these this week. Thanks to your tips my golf is becoming much more improved and enjoyable. Cheers 😃👍

I am a beginner and that video was so helpful Georgia. You explain everything in a straightforward way & the drills are so useful. That rangefinder looks fab maybe a Christmas present for myself 😊
Nice reminders for us all who need to take time to think when starting a round a few holes over.
