Actual answer: "Sburban Reversal" was originally just Sburban Countdown that slowed down and reversed itself back to the beginning (the first 1:08 of the current version). Andrew used just the first 30 seconds or so in the earlier flash, but still credited it as "Sburban Reversal". Since people were asking what the whole song was, and because it wasn't anything special, I decided to extend it out to the current version.
Whan I listen to this I start imagining an alternate timeline where John tries to Retcon ever starting to play Sburb, and Dave has to go back in time to prevent it and bring John back to his senses. Not sure why XD
i imagine a player entering during the opening section and almost fails (with a reference to the fake homestuck) when it slows down and when it's reversing they realize how they can save themselves and when the music kicks back in they enter in a extreme and heroic way

Kat Snowmew I was thinking this would be the perfect fit for an heir of time ascending to god tier, and learning how that works. Heirs become their aspect when they ascend. While that works easily enough for something like breath, it's not so easy for something like time. This song would show them moving throughout existence, causing unexplained events in reality, dooming certain timelines, learning how to resume normal existence, instead of being stuck at everywhen.

Unexplained events and existence hopping sounds eerily similar to what LE does, and he's a Lord of Time. Now what about Space...heh. We'll need some music and theories.

But actually being everywhen. They would have a hard time returning to normal, linear existence. They might not even accomplish it. After that point, to everyone else, they are simply dead. All that would be left of them are simple little items being brought from timeline to timeline, a strangely stable pathway forwards, and a LOT of dead alt timeline selves, with no clue what happened. An hier of time would likely just make new timelines to get something from them, then just destroy it, without giving any warning to the occupants. He wouldn't leave it long. It's already difficult enough trying to be one timeline. Being multiple is not easy. If he did try, that could be why he can't return. He can't keep track of himself anymore.
