There are 3 main types of Chris Ramsey viewers. Those who watch for the card related videos, those who watch for the puzzles, and those who watch for the intros. If you are a card watcher or a puzzle watcher you are guaranteed to be an intro watcher.
The b roll is a must watch in your vids plus the little tweaks in track to match the depicting environment is a beautiful subtlety that just gives character to the entire thing
I did...been to Universal MANY times and you shot images of things I've never noticed before. On some footage the quality of light is amazing. Keep up the B roll stuff, your eye for composition and editing is top shelf.
I re watched you faro shuffle those blue checkerboards like 10 times... Its incredible and that little soft sound they make when they start weaving is orgasmic 8:21
Do you think the reason the bicycle cards performed better for you is because you have spent 20 plus years using them and developing a muscle memory for themand sre more used to them , kind of like using windows and then switching to mac ??
I watched the b-roll footage. I rewound it 2 times so I can really check out the great quality and I can say this for sure it gets better the more you watch it.
this video is one of the best edited and made videos on youtube for sure, i can watch this 100 times and it will still not be borring, the b-roll is one of the best ive ever seen on youtube and i watch it daily 4 hours 15 years. congrats you need a fucking prize.
Your so-called B-roll (!) was just so cool and clever and sophisticated, soothing and a complete pleasure to experience. I was pulled in and didn't give a thought to time.
this dude honestly got my favorite creative vision w his b roll. i’ve been loving it since the magic tutorials but this is a graduation. truly beautiful. not tryna be on ya nuts tho.
I think this is very important and you're 100% right about how everyone benefits from the quality competition between companies that produce playing cards for BOTH Magicians & Cardists
Wow!! Chris man you should start filming movies or documentaries. Your editing, filming and music are phenomenal. Really enjoy those moments in your vids. Your vids from start to finish never a dull moment. Cool to see the head to head of the card companies. Great review for everyone to see and make there pick on what they would buy. Also.....when are we going to see the secret room bro??!!
I'm not into playing cards & never have been but I did enjoy watching this video! Nice work Chris & the FL photography was great.......................... :)
I love the comparison I just getting to card tricks and "magic" and I think comparing decks and brands is great because I struggled with tricks/flourishes because either I had a deck that was too old or a cheap brand and I didn't know it would make a difference. Side note I'd love to see you compare Canadian made cards vrs U.S. ones
That b role was awesome dude good job you have so much creativity and humor that just makes your videos so worth watching keep it up thanks for your hard work!
Yeah chris! You just made my Friday!😉😁 love your videos and style of magic! You inspire me all the time, a lot of which comes out on my channel lol. Thanks you so much man!!🙏
@chris ramsay can you make a video comparing the new cartamundi luxury e7 thin stock (blue cohorts) to crushed stock b bicycles? They say they finally matched or beat them. I think we'd all like to know for sure! Thanks!
Patrick kun's mirage v3s are printed by Legends PCC on this "cardistry paper" stock, which feels amazing, super soft. they are a bit glossy when just opened but after using for a while, the glossiness (oily feeling) goes away and they handle amazing. you should do a review on those, fresh out of box vs after 1 week use
Ok. So its 4.50am here in OZ. As usual I cant sleep so I'm watchin Bladerunner 2049 again until I was interupted by your new vid. A welcome interuption I must ad. Love ya vids mate. Always stop me in my trax to chill and watch whatever the time of day. Peace. Keep em comin
Another great video. The journey through your vision was great. Inspired me to go back. That song sounds like a theme song. Every magician needs one. Question is that a fan to your right? And yes love those cards. My goal is to start my collection this year. Thanks for your vast knowledge of cards. I'll consult you before buying
My question is: Is the Triumph deck a "standard" deck? Is it like the bread and butter red or blue Bicycle 808, that you pay 2 to 4 Bucks for at the gas station? Or is it like a fancy schmancy custom deck, printed on selected stock? My problem with Bicycle is the lack of consistency. Grabbing a deck of Bicycle or, for the sake of argument, an USPCC deck, from a shelf an opening it, is sometimes like openig a mystery box. How smooth (or rough) the cut will be? Which stock? Will there be an horrible offset? I recently got a brick of seconds, that where far better then any "regular" Bicycles I bought from the shelf. I also got some Tally Ho's with edges, rough like a saw... And some Bee's that (according to the lot number were from 2011) were cut with such precision, that there were virtually no bevel at the edges (and they totally refused to faro) Therefore I "switched" to Copaq, 'cause of their consistency... And, Ja... I mean, yes, great B-Roll!
You should have done a few more tests such as thickness. Pushoff seconds may be easier. Also the warp aloft the deck may be different when doing lepaul spreads. Either way I don't think it matters anyway because USPCC is just better at producing cards.
I would like to see this compared to a regular bicycle deck. anyone has been created to get a certain feel. I think he was talking about stock bicycle decks
You can really tell how clumpy the Triumph cards are when he drops on them on the ground. They stay together in a stack whereas the Bicycle spread all over.
Great vid! May I ask your export settings when you upload to RUclips? Are you using a very low bitrate perhaps? It seems as though you color and edit wonderfully however the actual final delivery seems to be trying to squeeze in all your changes using a very low bitrate which is resulting in a lot of loss of quality and some small issues with the final video output :) In other words, you make great content and it deserves to be served up in delicious crispiness....which can be achieved maybe just by simply exporting to ProRes or even ProResLT OR using something like 200mbps bitrate on export of a .mp4
Ok, honestly, who watched the B-Roll that I worked so hard on?!
i did it was great
Hey Chris. Sure did, really liking the B-Roll stuff your throwing in there. Keep 'em coming!
It was fantastic. Your skill and style is very original and impressive. If I'm remembering correctly you are self taught, right?

The quality of that B-Roll is one of the reasons I love your Channel! I appreciate so much the work and time you put in your videos.
Jacob Trindade what’s a B-Roll?

Jacob Trindade thanks
The plant on your shelf is looking like the hair of Chris Angel ^^
Magic Cardist Criss*
Plant looks better
Definitely watched that b roll you worked so hard on. Those are my favorite parts. Dragon fire was 🔥🔥🔥
Yoooo a post from like 2 years ago.
Let’s not talk about the blood splatter on the dirty floor ye?
I like the way he acts like it's not there.
Lamont Arnold he even covers it with his leg
Right, hey to the right of him.
When he's on the couch. Is that a fan. Or a light?
I don't think that was blood due to the color, I think it was too bright red to be blood on the floor, blood turns darker than that-IMO
I guess his sawing a lady in half rehearsal had a little... hiccup?
Chris - *buys a quality deck*
Me - *cries in playing cards*
Some actually gave cards to him for free. Cries
Dude that roll was honestly amazing. One of the best I’ve seen in a while. U got some real talent.

Really a nice video Chris. The beginning was very beautiful. But what do you think about cartamundi?
The b roll is a must watch in your vids plus the little tweaks in track to match the depicting environment is a beautiful subtlety that just gives character to the entire thing
You were in FL? I would’ve come out to meet you! Damn. Sick broll.
I watch you and ramsay lol

Nothing like a Chris Ramsay B-roll to chill you out . Amazing work 😆👍🏻👍🏻
Do you think the reason the bicycle cards performed better for you is because you have spent 20 plus years using them and developing a muscle memory for themand sre more used to them , kind of like using windows and then switching to mac ??

Can you do this type of review on the Mint 2 playing cards?
When you drop the cards on the floor my heart broke 😖
And I didn't expect the anyone to be beaten when you dropped them.
ho my god my heart I can not believe that you throw the cards to the floor,
Hello from mexico, chris are the best

Magic and cardistrty inspires me so much, i don't have much time to practise though, what should i do?
How do you not have time
Just find your own styl magic and Cardistry is for fun First. Find the fthinks you find the most fun and practise that
Make more time or expect it to take longer
Damn! I wish I still worked at potter! I would have loved to see u in person! Life goals lol
Random brolls are always amazing!🔥🔥
Was really hoping that these cards would be better, because I live right next to Missouri, and was really hoping to switch
That B-roll game! 🔥🔥
Loved the broll video great job

Chris your production is amazingIt looks so GoodI only made it to about a minute and 30 seconds into the video before I wrote this
Always love your vids
Forever subbed
*Chris: Let's compare some cards*
*Also Chris: Let me show off my off white vapormaxes*
fr those kicks are so nice

Did Chris actually record and Edit that B roll?
My god it was awesome
OH MY GOSH I WAS JUST AT UNIVERSAL DANG NABBIT! Tried doing magic but only got to do some, b-roll is stellar as usual
Yay You Are Back 😁
The test at 7:00 looked trippy
As soon as I got the notification I clicked amazing vid man
Woah Nice!!! Great B-Roll, great video, as always! Miss Disney/Universal, hate Florida though...have a great week-end see you next Monday
Love your honesty and integrity. Would give Triumph Playing Cards a better review, if they paid you 1 million dollars?
the B-Roll was on point
You should do B roll Saturdays. Love the look of the triumphs though. It wasn't too over the top.
those shoes though🤣
love your vids and personality though.
great work. best wishes.
I love the the intro. More of this!
Nice deck
Best intro ever !!!! 👌🙏
I would like to see this compared to a regular bicycle deck. anyone has been created to get a certain feel. I think he was talking about stock bicycle decks
Hey, Chris. You're such a great guy!
I enjoy your videography high quality on your videos your inspiring!
Dude what’s the song in the b roll? Love the editing too
just found your youtube... i wish you had a meetup in orlando :(
I love you Chris man, big love from Uk
haha yeah that had to be the outro, it's pretty satisfying
Thanks for the review. If you plan to surpass USPCC, you need to test vs crush stock before you make your claim.
You can really tell how clumpy the Triumph cards are when he drops on them on the ground. They stay together in a stack whereas the Bicycle spread all over.

10:56 notice how the USPCC deck spread out when he dropped it but the other ones didn't
