I started a Military Dictatorship themed island in Tropico 6 and the rebels tried their best to overthrow the government.

I have a problem whenever rebels attack they spawn right on the palace and destroy it right away... I’ve tried moving it but I doesn’t work :(

They spawn in the area with least military strength so add some watchtowers and purposely make an area with weak military strength so they target that area instead of the palace
