Same thing happened to me. That bolt worked its way out had to replace once. Then yesterday a squirrel ran out in front of me Ashley and no breaks. The clutch fell off. I didn’t know it until that evening when I was going home and dried my air conditioner. Going back to look for the clutch now.
One thing that he did wrong...he didn't measure the gap between the pulley and the outer clutch (and using the correct spacer washer between the base of the clutch bolt surface to pulley mount).
Thanks, my outer clutch plate fell off. This gives me confidence I should be able to put a new one on.

that washer should be behind the clutch.

I have a 2006 F150 4.6.....i'm trying to figure out how to put the magnetic coil back on......is this the same compressor that is in the 4.6?
I’ve never been on a 4.6 but I think it should be the same compressor

Can see no reason to pull the compressor, and it looked like your snap ring was already off probably causing noise
How did you remove the 13mm nut below the power stering resavior. Is it standard thread?
