    I think you have better joints than the builders of the original - love the perfection. I built several Experimental Aircraft, and these are the joints I always strived for. Since I'm still alive after flying them, I must have succeeded!

      WOW - fantastic!
      It reminded me of a tradition when I designed roads and bridges - all engineers were placed under the bridge when testing a new bridge at the moment of greatest load (trucks loaded with crushed stone and sand were placed on the bridge)))

      I don't want to disappoint you, but dumplings are not a russian dish, russians also stole them, as everything they call their traditions belongs to other nations. This is a Chinese traditional dish. They wanted to steal Ukrainian borscht, too, but UNESCO accepted Ukrainian evidence and registered borscht as an intangible cultural heritage. By the way, russians somehow discovered that the Egyptian pyramids were built by their ancestors, so don't be surprised if you hear a statement from them that the pyramids are also a Russian heritage)))

    Beautiful work as always! I am in awe when looking at the hull. You filled-in the spaces between bulkheads with rather hard wood, but never accidentally touched the edges of the bulkheads. The hull shape is perfect and super smooth. You have a very deep understanding of three dimensional shapes and how to work the materials. I know from personal experience, ruining several wooden ship models, how difficult this is. Thank you for sharing your creativity. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a successful and healthy 2003!

    This is as always just a stunning video Olha !! Like every time, I have absolutely enjoyed every second of it. I love the trick with the pencil to mark the pieces that needs to be trimmed to have a perfect fit. Nice trick that will be very useful. Your attention to detail is just mind-blowing, and It really does inspire me to build wooden ships myself !! Totally understand that you did drill out the keel by hand, would have been sad to break it, after so much work. Thank you for sharing your skills and knowledge with us, I do highly appreciate it.

    Данный метод имеет место быть, но все давным-давно используют черновую обшивку. Эффект тот же, если не лучше, а заморочек в разы меньше.

    • @OlhaBatchvarov
      @OlhaBatchvarov  Год назад +4

      Комплект расчитан на один слой обшивки, поетому легче заполнить шпации, чем обдиоать каждЬІй шпангоут. Да и под двоную обшивку я предпочитаю заполнять хотя б в носу и корме. Потом меньше корпус крутит и обшивка не деформируется...

    хотел спросить почему нет на многих видео озвучки и почему канал офорлем на англискую тематику?

    • @OlhaBatchvarov
      @OlhaBatchvarov  Год назад

      Потомучто Ютюб полноценно работает только на английском. Авто-перевод тоже самий точний с английских субтитров. По етой же причине я пишу субтитри. Так я могу охватить максимальную аудиторию. И да все видео сморнтировани в 2-4 раза ускреном режиме (обично сняти на протяжении 1-2 недель), поетому нет смисла расказивать что-то - ето невозможно будет слушать... Писать закадровий голос - дополнительний кусок работи! У меня на монтаж одного ролика и так уходит 1-2 дня. Еще один день тратить на озвучку - просто не останеттся времени на модели...
      И самая основная причина - Ютюб зарабативет деньги на рекламе! Англоязичний канал получит самую дорогую англоязичную рекламу и Ютюб конечно будет рекомендовать видео с дорогой рекламой чаще чем с дешевой. Потому что англоязичних стран и континентов больше и +практически вся европа англоговорящая, некоторие страни имют англиский как второй язик!
