@@princegzl3471 Try contacting their support team, while mine wasn't accepted and only received response from a bot, maybe their support has gotten more effort and is actually being responded by a real staff. I hope they'll resolve yours.
My theory is that if you have batwoman and uses it to kill the event bosses as a low level they may find that suspicious and straight up ban you without checking. Second is that you probably did not buy anything with real currency. Third it is probably because of the country that you live in, they just tend to hate people from poor countries. And lastly for me it is probably because of how active you farm all day that they mistaken or probably not mistaken that as a hack and just ban you for "suspicion" or ban you because you arent buying their products for easier experience.
