Most dominant driver in a fast car, probably 1 or 2 tenths faster, most dominant car is the Mercedes with 87 front row lock outs in 7 years, mostly a second faster

The telemetry doesn't agree with you. Unfortunately due to bias you are mixing up a good car with excellent driver /mercedes/Lewis with an excellent car and average driver (red bull/max). To further this, Max still makes. A lot of mistakes throughout races, noted on the telemtry. Lewis never did this. These details are there in the public domain for those that wish to eper beyond media narratives designed to capture geographic audiences.

I’m a Max fan and have been since that spin in practice at 2014 Brazil.
But this is just being unfair to pretty much everyone involved.

Lewis made mistakes during his reign too. There’s a reason he never got more than 5 wins in a row. Max has been just as consistent, if not more consistent across these past 2 years than Lewis ever was on race day. And this is coming from a fan of both of them!

Why can’t you just appreciate the obvious quality both max and Lewis hve as well as their respective teams. I count on, and really hope, Lewis will be back at the front game once joining Ferrari.

​@@03056932 Lewis is over rated! He's been beaten by Rosberg, Button, Russel and Alonso (sort of) all in the same car.
A very worthy world champion but the true greats don't get beaten by their team mates.
Max is an extraordinary talent that the world hasn't seen before.
