"rubrødsmotor" (ryebread motor) is kind of danish saying. If there is no motor assist, or help, not just for a bike, but for anything, you have to rely on your rugnrødsmotor - aka your body, and own strength.

@@viktor-farkas Sacrilege! Tie him to a stake and baste him on both sides. Nah jokes aside, it's more that we're rather fond of our butter, according to the heart disease numbers. Some of us maybe also been poor enough at some stage that butter was the topping. So if we forego anything, it ain't the butter. When the last week of the month was dry toast with half a tea spoon of sugar for 2 of the 3 daily meals - butter finds a nostalgic luxury when we get old. Great video btw - the chickpea flødeboller made me feel like a boomer though - 'ah the things we can do these days'.
