Make takeda great again also i wonder if this would make a viable pairing with boudica as secondary given her heal on skill cast. Would work a little like chandra. Boudi loses the 3rd skill and im not sure if the heal dmg thingy would benefit from the skill dmg debuff of boudica. But it would make the current target more swarmable. lots of testing to be done
Chisgule the skill says "Whenever this commander heals", so it will only deal damage when Choe heals, it won't deal damage if another commander heals. Cause if it did the skill would say "Whenever this commander's troops heal"

Now assuming both of new archer paired with each other: If the Defense Tree heals count as first commander, then you have 3x AoE. Or count as whoever doing active skill, you get 2x AoE from first commander (Active skill + 300 DF on Defense Tree) and 2x single target from second commander. And for this to happens, both buffs (from 2 active skills) must not be override each other. If both active skills activate whenever it cast a heal, then you get double dip of both Active buffs. First commander heal -> AoE + 1 Single target. Then Second commander heal -> AoE + 1 single target. I would incline to say it will be this option. Otherwise, you have zero viable pair for this commander garrison. Also, this is the only reason why the buff to be 10s long. Else, they can just make it: Heal and do true damage to the target, there is no need to layer in a 10s buff.

You could avoid garrison buff if you attack garrison with a march before the rally hits. Using T1 march
Don't forget about auxiliary skills that provide healing, like Pelagius, CC, etc. Icing on the cake

Would an Arty primary be good? Anti smite garrison seems quite strong specially since they dont get damage get buffed by artemisias expertise.
