@@yomang6614 Yeah, and this is exactly why I prefer the Dark Age Era over the Meta Era. Sure, it had bad writing, but at least it still had the cool factor of Sonic. The Meta Era is too cartoony to be an era of Sonic (at least, in my opinion).

@@GenerationZ313 Maybe they could add it to the base game. Sonic Generations (Console) has a sound library you can use while playing levels. I don't remember if Radical Highway was one, but there's a possibility that it'll be there in the remaster. They could have some new tracks as well?

Honestly I disagree, not a huge fan of the more EDM focused direction Sonic music has been focused on lately. They tend to blend in together and to be at least aren’t as good to listen to as the genesis era music or the more rock and role centric music of the modern era. Tho this does go hard tho

But cyberspace was 80% forgettable stuff to me tbh. So far the shadow generations edm focused tracks they've shown seem to be better imo, but i still really hope they don't make every track edm.

If you go back to a lot of the stage themes they mixed electronic genres with breakbeats, industrial synths and drum n bass rhythms with some guitar but they were never straight up rock. Some were guitars + brass instrumetns too. the only prue rock songs are those buttrock Crush 40 vocal tracks. 06 and Unleashed were also extremely varied (again, not rock).
I love how they didn’t even have to remix this song again since it was in the ds version of the game and it was also in sonic forces but they did it anyway and it’s still just as good 🔥
The remix featured in the demo is even better honestly. From the footage of Shadow chasing Doom's eye at the end of Space Colony Ark act 1. Its an entirely different remix then this one shown in the trailer.
