Please god let Westopolis be in Shadow Generations, it's literally THE Shadow level from Shadow The Hedgehog. This remix goes so hard, you can't fathom the amount of nostalgia I feel. It's so good! For Shadow Gens, both Westopolis and The Black Comet need to be levels. Edit: considering this is from Tokyo Game Show it's very likely Westopolis made the cut!

I'm sort of a doubter on that front. Westopolis is an iconic song and area at this point that fits the vibe that the Tokyo stage is going for. Also, they played the one from the gamecube, and this one is a remix. I won't say you're wrong though cause it's totally possible, I am simply a doubter. Excited regardless!

I like the new remix elements but it sounds like they’re fighting with the Westopolis elements for who gets to be more prominent, woulda just preferred an original song with only the new sounds.
I think this is for the final level of shadow gens and not the Tokyo level. Because they used the original/forces version of westopolis for that stage and this has a more finale vibe to it. I do think the final stage will be Westopolis but we’ll see soon I guess.

Thers 2 options, either it is the level from Shadow 05 (which i kinda hope it isn't, because we already have 2 city levels and it is almost identical to Radical Highway) or it is the Ost for the Tokio level (since in the trailer for the Movie 3 pack they were playing the OG Westopolis track)
I think the city flashback stages we see at the end of some ACTs are a mirage of different city locations Shadow has been to (Radical Highway, Westopolis, Central City, Soleanna New City, etc) so every time we get a new variant we'll hear a remix like this. The only thing that remains is that Radical Highway is also getting its own 2 ACT Zone as well, so would they add Westopolis? Honestly probably not, but it is iconic to his original game.
To be fair, Speed Highway, City Escape, Rooftop Run, and Radical Highway all have very different stage designs and atmospheres. But I see your point that there’s already quite a lot of ‘city’ stages. Heck, what we’ve seen of Generations Radical Highway so far just looks like Westopolis.
@@LOZFFVII like dont get me wrong i love the city levels from base gens, and i think westopolis should be here, but maybe we could have used a different forces rep or something (though the only other interesting forces level i can think of is metropolis and thats just a more visually interesting city). I would be so down to get some dlc levels for both games, so we can finally round out the level roster. We still have yet to get a snow or desert or jungle level in either game, and i really hope we can still see gens get better and better cause this game deserves all the love in the world
@BBK113 yes but Black Comet is where the Black Arms reside, and its where Black Doom was defeated, if its not in the game then it's a huge letdown (doesn't mean Westopolis would suck since thats where Shadow and Black Doom first meet, its just a better idea for an original aesthetic than another city theme)
I wouldn’t go assuming this absolutely confirms Westopolis as a stage in the game yet, it could possibly be used somewhere else. If this is the final stage: I do kinda like the final stage being where he first meets Black Doom, but would’ve preferred it be where he actually fights Black Doom.
