thats the point of a tribute track. check out Tragedy tha beast "So much Pain" he uses Pac's flow with a bit better lyrics and he does all the different things Pac does perfectly. its paying an homage to those styles. with all the music that is available nowadays because of the internet i think pac and biggie are just irrelevant to me, but its cool to hear someone do a tribute and take their styles as their own for a track or few
