- Balti Gosht is a goat meat recipe from Pakistan's Baltistan region. The other reason to call it 'Balti Gosht' is the cookware name in that this mutton recipe is cooked. It is a heavy-weight cast iron bucket-shaped utensil called a 'Balti'; The use of onion, garlic, and spices with the treatment of iron makes this dish different from other mutton dishes.
In this video, I am cooking Balti Gosht in a pressure cooker in this video to simplify this dish. Hope you will like it.
