Thank you Julliete, this is a great video. Since I work in Knowledge Management, there is a lot of tacit knowledge in 70% of learning. Given that 20% of learning comes with social interactions, you can communicate some tacit knowledge with others. Since most of our experiences are hard to articulate, It would be very hard to write them down (or codify). The 10% is actually written down (codified) or recorded. However, it does not properly translate what is learned in the 70% or even the 20%. Let me know what you think.
