I was so excited about this trimmer and couldn’t wait for it to arrive! As much as other items you make are great, this trimmer is not! Where do you measure? At the grooves for the ruler? If so, what are the grid lines for? The grid lines don’t match up to any measurement. (Note @ 19 seconds) How do you know the bottom of your paper is lined up straight with the top? When you insert the ruler into the grooves, it snaps in place with the strong magnet, but is it straight? (Note @ 23 seconds) I love the concept as well as the cutting....please let me know when you’ve fixed the rest! I’ve worked all day and I’m yet to get a straight cut. I’m unfortunately returning it.

Hello! It cuts thin chipboard, up to 4 sheets of 80 lb cardstock, and 10 sheets of 20 lb copy weight paper.
Does it have a rotary blade; and, if it does well. Can we look forward to different blades like zig zag, deco, postage and etc

Nice product, but looks too complicated with all those pieces you need to put together. Like your products but I like simple and does 12x12 paper fit?

Recently I found evidence via RUclips that a retailer is now selling them but unfortunately they are exclusive to Europe only and do not handle any US shipping. Jeff Shavinsky it starts shipping to retailers at the end of December 2019, so it should start arriving in stores near the end of January 2020.
My cutter broke after after a few months, We R Memories told me to get hold of American Craft they won't return my email and won't answer the phone, Told the store I got it from to get through there supplier. Not very good customer service when you a product breaks after a few months !
Will it cut the book board you sell?
Hi! It can but it will dull your blade quickly so we don't recommend it.

I purchased this trimmer from HSN. The first cut I made shredded my cardstock. Subsequent cuts weren't much better. I'm returning it. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.
Hello! Most likely you were pushing down on the blade while cutting. Pushing down on it moves the blade out of it's proper track and cutting will not work properly. When cutting only move the blade, don't apply any pressure and that should work great. If that doesn't help, please contact HSN for a replacement.
