    Yammy Beans Curry: A Delicious and Easy-to-Make Curry
    Ingredients:
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon garam masala
    1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    Salt to taste
    Instructions:
    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
    Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.
    Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir to combine.
    Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy, about 5 minutes.
    Add the black beans, kidney beans, and cilantro. Stir to combine.
    Season with salt to taste.
    Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the flavors have melded.
    Serve hot with rice or roti.
    Tips:
    You can add other vegetables to the curry, such as potatoes, carrots, or peas.
    If you want a spicier curry, you can add more red chili powder.
    You can serve the curry with a dollop of yogurt or chutney
