To be consistent, it's important to know when I need push through the resistance, and when to sit back, take a break and evaluate what what I need to change so I can stay consistent. Love the idea of self-forgiveness specifically. When you miss goal, you give yourself grace and move on. I noticed that when I just quickly forgive myself for missing a workout or a self-imposed deadline, then I'm back at it the next time like nothing happened and I'm able to keep the consistency going. Way better than giving up and self-sabotaging.
