Is That water colur like that all the time? Chocolate Fish... I suppose the trout are chasing the vibrations in that water as visibility is minimal.. Nice big Brownie, well done
Nah it’s not like that all the time. They are normally in a clear stream which feeds into here so they go in and out of the clear water. That stay in the dirty water as it’s nice and cool being deeper so I’m assuming they’re just doing their best to survive. Cheers
Hey mate been in WA for a few years over from Tassie been doing a lot of salt water fishing but keen to get back into the trout fishing just wondering what waters down south hold trout and what waters don’t awesome vid btw
Hey mate, thanks for the comment. Quite a few waters in the south west do, you can find the full trout stocking list on the fisheries website but the main ones are dams such as Harvey, collie river, warren river, Preston all have trout
@@blairhuttonfishing I checked out lures website. Was amazed by the trout they caught in the Swan River, then realised it was Photoshopped to protect the location of actual catch. I'm down hiking Blackwood & Warren next month and plan to do a bit of fishing.

Really nice fish, no idea they got so big in the Blackwood.
