Blaze follows the usual trend of past Sonic rivals turned allies like how Knuckles represented strength to matching Sonic's speed, Shadow a lookalike mirror who is similar to but walked a different path for how the two hedgehogs diverge, then Blaze is essentially a combination of sorts between Sonic and Knuckles with her role as a guardian to her respective emeralds, can go super and is to this day the only female Sonic character to do so, introverted like Knuckles, is faster than Amy < Espio (if going by Heroes speed stats), but is slower than Sonic and Shadow (as evidenced by if you play Rush multiplier as can only win a race via taking shortcuts thanks to her air mobility tricks) and yeah Sonic representing the wind while she represents fire in being like an alternate universe Sonic foil.

I kind of wish you enforced the "Only move one character" rule because you can clearly tell who's moving all the characters for shits and giggles, but also because it makes it feel like that specific person trying to make their own tier instead of ranking the character itself.
It sucks because Rouge is genuinely a good character and the fact that he thinks it's just a sex object speaks more about him. She's really competent, smart and a great friend for shadow.

She's the only female Sonic character to have a super form and she's faster, but not as fast as the likes of Sonic and Shadow, but right behind them and has character development unlike most of the cast.
