Why on earth would anyone “thumb down” this video. Ive been playing music most of my life in various recreational adventures....saxophone, trumpet, guitar, keyboard.....and this was a great example of fun, talent, and what music should be about.
I'll tell you why. Because apart form the fact that this dude is technically proficient he has absolutely no feel for how the music should sound. Some people refer to this as soul...... He has none.
With RUclips seemingly flooded with metal and shred musicians, this channel is such a clean breath of fresh air. You have personally made me enjoy country music and all the sort of 'light' styles that come with it. You know a musician is good when he can make someone who would never even think of exploring this type of music, put simply, fall in love with it. Cheers Josh
I have been playing guitar for over 51 years and will never hope to come close to be 0.10 percent of your talent. Well done young man and I enjoy everything you do.
Fantastic ability to do faithful covers of iconic artists and iconic songs that are somehow not annoying and not a rip-off and completely his own! I think he goes beyond a super talent. There's some magic mixed in there! Plus he does it consistently over a huge range of disparate artists, songs and musical styles. Just one heck of a cool dude!!!
Josh Turner has been blessed with an embarrassing amount of musical talent. I’m not sure how much of it is natural ability but there was work put into his craft as well. What can you say about this guy that his RUclips videos don’t already say for themselves?
Watching your videos now as I lay low with a broken shoulder. I can’t seem to get enough. Your just amazing to this 73 year old woman who has always had music in her heart!

I was grooving to your drumming in the hours before you slipped away mate. Thanks for doing all that. And Josh, enjoying ur version today, all over again. Thank you too.

Amazing from Hank Williams, Tennessee Ernie Ford, through Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Beach Boys, The Stones, Drifters, and the list and the beat goes on. More entertaining than the original due to the fact he is so much into the music. Heart and soul. Keep it pure Josh, keep it honest and most importantly enjoy your talent.
Hey Josh, I have been following you for several years. You are an amazing talent! I am an old guy, so I enjoy all the throw-back tunes and the incredible stable of talented folks you bring with you. But to cover every part of this Stones' classic, and have it sound cleaner and better than the original, Wow!
