'The feedback from clients and counselors who work in this area is that it is actually possible to create strong therapeutic alliances online. The outcome studies, although there are by no means as many as there are related to face-to-face therapy, suggests that there are lots of positive outcomes occurring online and that strong therapeutic alliances and relationships can be built up online that can create constructive therapeutic change.'

Which psychology is being referenced here? Behaviour or Mind as the two are functionally different and mutually exclusive?
I do not regard the presence of mind as being a prerequisite for any presenting behaviour.
I don't expect a response to this as my experience of academia is rather less than flattering.
