Haven't done anything in a while. About to start recording some drums on an EP so thought I'd do a quick cover whilst the mics were set-up to see how the kit sounded before starting the EP. Enjoy :)

How did you remove the drums from the track?
They're not removed from it. They're still there. I just record and mix them over the top of the original tracks.
Richard Green what if you wanna play your own version of the durms?
Then you just do it. You'll find if you're playing in time and it's not crazily different then the original then it'll work fine.

Who the hell learns to play the drums to play one direction songs?? What aspiring drummer listens to pop music for inspiration? If you ever want to be a respectable drummer, check out Buddy Rich, Sean Reinert, George Kollias, Donald Edwards, John Bonham to name a few. It pisses me off that someone could watch this and go all wide eyed like "whooaaa man so tallents bruh" when i could literally play this whole song with one hand. literally.
If you actually took the time to read the description you'd also see that this was an extremely quick cover of a song. Funny though, I didn't realise that pop artists these days didn't need drummers for their performances... and who are you to tell me where I take my inspiration from? Thanks for taking the time out of your busy busy day to still watch my video and comment though!
