Hi I’m sorry I’m not trying to be rude but I think you guys need a new camera or need to change the settings because the quality is really off. It’s just very blurry with weird lighting x
Grace F! I started getting adult acne at 22, never had it my entire life. Prescription grade retinol, red light therapy mask, and decreasing alcohol consumption worked a lot for me. You may also want to look into the topical form of spironolactone, it comes as a cream now instead of just a pill. I hope this helps
14:30 there are natural ways to make them bigger, diet, message, stimulation etc. drink more milk and eat more corn. Take the right supplements. And the number one way to naturally get them bigger is to get pregnant. 😆
To GF: Go to a dermatologist, cut out dairy for a while and look into gut health. Don't go on the pill, it will make it way worse once you come off it.
grace f - it sounds like hormonal acne.. i've been going through the same thing since the age of 17 and the only thing that's worked for me is going on the contraceptive pill for hormone control! none of the antibiotics or topical gels worked long-term for me, they'd always clear my skin temporarily and then i'd breakout again. i do notice that when i drink LOADS of water it definitely helps - make sure you're drinking your 2L a day and you'll see a difference after a couple days :)
@@jessmayhyeah i heard that too at first which made me reluctant to going on it but i guess it’s different for everyone, also there’s so many different brands. my acne is solely hormonal and the lucette pill is the only oral medication that works for me - key ingredients are 0.03 mg ethinylestradiol and 3 mg drospirenone xx
@@orkide.h Ahhhhhh okay thanks so much for ur help, I’ve been struggling to find the right pill to go on as it’ll be my first so I’ll look into that one xx
Yogurt can actually cause acne! The probiotics in yogurt causes small intestinal bacterial overgrowth which triggers acne. I'd suggest not eating literally any sort of yogurt and seeing if your skin is better in a couple of weeks.
I noticed you touch your face a lot - the spots could be from bacteria on your hands. Also could be your makeup brushes, they should be washed with hot water and soap not just cleaning spray.😊

Yasmin the contraceptive pill helps for acne/ spots! I’m on it for endometriosis to reduce symptoms, but I’ve noticed I no longer get any spots! Xxx
