Wow! Gajar Halwa was looking absolutely very colorful, and extremely so beautiful. It was very juicy, and very creamy in texture. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe in white color serving bowl, and garnishing with some chopped dry fruits such as cashew nuts, almonds, and some pistachios. Which was looking very attractive.
