We tried doing a top speed.. Only clocked 145km/h, didn't have a chance to do a proper top speed run, but we observed that from 14x and upwards the pickup starts to slow, meaning it will go faster but takes more time.
+mohamad syafiq muzakir Yes you probably can do that by re-flashing the ECU, not sure how much it will cost to do that or if it's worth the money to re-flash.
Yeah, first time, not having the professional equipment and doing review by the roadside is a bit noisy. Will try to improve in the future.
It can hit 145 km/h pretty easily, it's top speed should be close to 170 km/h if the straight road was longer.
bro, i'm currently in dilemma. i'm planning to buy a bike for normal daily commute but with good speed(tired of moped). i dont see myself to join all those touring etc. should i buy this Z250 or just go for lower cc ie duke 200. can you help me here?

If you are looking for a 200 / 250 cc bike and are budget conscious, you can check out the *Z250 SL*, it is, at the moment, the cheapest 250cc bike on the market. It has pretty good torque and power. The review of that bike is coming up real soon.
Rider is 178cm, weight didn't check, only had the bike for a couple of hours, unable to test the fuel consumption. Sorry!

In Malaysia there is no ABS version available.
Z250 nie kalau jalan jauh ke sesuai tak? Or nak ride genting ke.. first time nak beli motor tp budget tak tinggi..
Yes it can cruise comfortably on highway, but not at high speeds (over 140km/h), Going up Genting is fine too. Good bike to start with.

hello. would you consider z250 or r25 for beginner riders and is it expensive? and also is the sitting position sporty like type?
Hi, those bikes are suitable for beginners, price wise, it depends on budget, it isn't too expensive. It is a little bit sporty but not as extreme as the bigger sports bikes.

Depends on what type of riding you'll be doing mostly. If you are doing long daily commute on highways, probably the 250 won't give you the power you want for long term. Otherwise if city riding it's just fine and gives decent fuel economy.
+TheSighBored oh alright. I live in Miri Sarawak. Mostly city and a lot less highways. I guess either the Ninja 250 or Z250 are perfect for city riding.

If your commute is going to consist mainly on highway riding, I would suggest going for a bike with fairing, because you'll have wind protection when cruising on the highway. If you prefer the naked look, you can still cruise the highway but you'll need to fight against the wind a bit more, some workaround is installing windscreen, but if the windscreen is too big, it spoils the look of the naked, in my opinion.
Rider height and weight?? Fuel consumption..how many km for full tank.
this bike suit for touring? there is side panniers and top box available?
It can be used as a touring bike, as long as the rider can take the wind hitting the body (or get a windscreen). After-market panniers and top-box are always available to be installed, you can get on Givi or Kappa website to see if there are any models for the bike.
x logik lgsg harge cc250 sampai 23k. aduh.. kempunanlah nk merasa motor ni. cukai utk bike terlampau mahal syukurlah malaysia masih aman. undilah dacing sampai kiamat.

Didn't manage to test it out fully but roughly 31 km/l.

It's a Taiwan made helmet, brand name is CRG. Imitation of Simpson, intended more for go-kart use rather than riding.
possible to tune the ezos to like big bike sound? xD
You can make it sound close to an ER6, but definitely not inline-four sound.

andre sukianto both Z250 and ER6 use parallel twin engine, so they both sound roughly the same, just that the 650 has more grunt, changing to any after market exhaust will increase the sound but it will still be "pom-pom-pom" type of sound. You can't get the inline-four "buzz" sound.

We didn't get a chance to fully test out it's fuel efficiency ourselves, but it is reported to have good fuel consumption, suitable for daily travels.
