@@smokerx6291 Without a goal you'll not be motivated enough to do something in the first place. U can have the highest discipline but still wont get far without a spreadsheet. My point: you need both. To change.
With goals you become motivated. Clear goals make you motivated. Discipline comes after that.

"Doing something even when you're not motivated, that's discipline" is my motivation. I hate this "discipline is better than motivation" meme thrown around these days because I believe most people arent motivated enough to take action (disciplined). Motivation is what drives discipline. Even if you say "Dont rely on motivation, be disciplined", then that is already a "motivation" to push you into taking action.
Suffer the pain of discipline now and enjoy life later...
This is true I got fluent in English in one year and people asked if I liked to study because I studied 4 hours a day. I said I didn't like to study but I like to succeed and success demands this discipline

I highly recommend watching Vlog because people who do vlog they use daily expression and phrases, and i also like to write down songs that I enjoy and sing them after listen the singer. I also read everyday news from CBC and NY times. I speak to the mirror (lol) and I to speak to myself while doing things. I recommend the best channel to develop eng it's called linguamarina, I learned a lot from this channel

External motivation may not stay long period , but your self generated motivation remain for ever and ever

most people don't get the results they want in life, not because they don't know what to do, but because they just don't believe that what they know is right will bring the results they want ... we know it worked for the best people in their areas, but then why don’t we believe that, why don’t we act like them? and the answer is simple, because we are very focused on the results and not on the process, once you turn your focus to the process and not to the results, the funniest thing is that the results start to appear in your life. .. so my friend, my real wish for you is that you keep your focus on the process, on what you need to do and enjoy, look for the best ways to do it and apply it every day with consistency, learn from people who have already done one good job, and don't forget to be happy, because life is short !!
