The first year sucks, my dad pasted away when I was 25. Right before my sons 2nd birthday. Doesn’t get better, I live behind their house. On same farm I grew up on, with my house. So I could take care of my mom. So almost 10 years later, it’s fine fulfilled some of his dreams. Bought truck he wanted & had money for, but would never buy himself. Finished fencing in back 8 Acres, raised horses, bunnies, pigs, ducks, and chickens on his land.

My Dad died November 8, 2009 and I wish I had some messages from him. I also met and fell in love with my husband when I was 16 and he was 17. We’ve been married 42 years and are still happy. I know how you feel about birthdays after a parent passes. My mom passed in 2010, we also shared a birthday, November 2. The first birthday after she passed I stayed in bed. Year 2-8 I got up but did nothing. This year, I’m getting up and spending the day with my husbands gran, whose birthday is November 2 and is celebrating her 97th and I’m celebrating 49. Happy Birthday to you and your Pops and my mom in heaven. ❤️❤️
brother Justin my Mom has been gone these 20 years and I still miss her the same as when she first left...but I relish in the "wisdom" that she left me deep in my heart in her voice I her tell me she is proud of me and what I have accomplished with my life at 67. My brother n law passed nov 3, 2019, his wife on July 17, 2020 of a broken heart losing her husband.... they moved close to us so we could take care of them in their old age, which we've been doing for 5 years... And I miss them sooo very much...

Have you ever rushed in with A VERY important message for someone only to have the household busybody on your heels screaming what what what just because they feel your "energy"? Well dogs are ALWAYS the household busybody and it's not cruel to prevent them from crashing your moment, just call them in and love them up when it's over. The dog will feel they are the center of attention because at that point they ARE and they will immediately forget any hurt feelings you may have worried they had. Happy birthday btw Justin.
