Scott making justice to one of the best priest songs ever. Such tight and steady drumming. The man is a beast. One of the things admire from their previous drummer is the way he adorned each drumming peace. And Scott got that flawlessly.
Definitely much better than Epitaph tour. It's almost as if Rob has gotten more comfortable with his matured voice and learned to make the proper adjustments and tweaks to use it in the most suitable way to pull of this song live.
I think them slowing down for Glenn then had a major change in the performance as well. I've noticed he had several parts he had trouble keeping tempo with everyone else
I saw JP in March in NZ. they blew me away....far better than expected. The videos don’t do Rob justice. I’ve been a huge fan since the mid 80’s and expected the worst but loved every minute of the concert.
I just found out Glenn Tipton has parkinsons disease. Didn't realize this until I started watching this and wondered what happened. Luckily for me I've seen Judas Priest a dozen times since1980, but it's still sad to see him missing. They always put on such amazing shows. Reading the comments below I see his replacement is someone named Faulkner, who seems to be doing just fine as his replacement. If you ask me, that's no small feat. Good on ya Faulkner, and missing you Glenn regardless.
Love this tune....and no disrespect to Faulkner....he's great....but if there is one song that highlights Tipton's absence....it is this one....his playing is much more fluent on this tune....again....no disrespect, that's just how good Glenn was at the helm.
Honestly it's a little bit shocking.....why did they attend this concert? I don't know. Btw. this version is pretty nice, but I think Rob is ill he struggles with his vocie a little bit, don't you think?
They're in their 50's and 60's and the band and Rob close to the 70 (years old) that and probably the fact that many have seen then hundreds of time! I only saw them back in 1989 at Hollywood Sportatorium, I was thinking of going but missed the date! Oh well!!

Ain't no Sentinel singer anymore..That vocal sounded pretty bad...in my opinion Rob halford should stick with stuff he can sing really good not stuff used to sing when he was in his twenties.. his voice was well lubricated back then.

Being there live and watching it through a phone screen pointed at a video screen...
Definitely much better than Epitaph tour. It's almost as if Rob has gotten more comfortable with his matured voice and learned to make the proper adjustments and tweaks to use it in the most suitable way to pull of this song live.
Rob simply accepted his age. Thats all
Agreed. He sounds better now

Very glad I can hear this masterpiece live once again. Thanks! Btw this crowd is.......I ve got no words
It's an older crowd, what can you say? I will be 54 this year. Hell, I can't headbang like I used to but bet your ass I will still go and see them!
@@ironlurker: Respect for you. At this age and still...... an endless respect
Great concert , Priest Preist , Priest , Priest !
Incredible voice. Unbelievable.
Still a true powerful vocalist!
Bold attempt and he pulled it off quite well.
I was actually pretty surprised.
@@teejenkins75 Did you expect a worse voice? ha ha
Well, he has consistently sang pretty good for his age I'll admit. But he ain't no spring chicken!
Hail Halford's everlasting voice
Better than 2012;
Rob is, but the guitars no. Still prefer Glenn and Ken on this song.
Nah i saw them play this at the epitaph tour in 2011 bro they were a little better man plus glen was still there so he'd do that badass solo mid song
Anthony Zee ur deaf then. He didn’t even try the high notes in 2011-2012
I cannot get over how GOOD that fucking setlist is! Perfect

The last time I saw them was on the British Steel anniversary tour, one of the best metal shows I have ever been to.
P.S. cannot stand Richie coke nail Faulkner...
Cant wait to see them on their 50th tour. Go away viruses!
All fear the sentinel!!!

I love Rush too, so I liked your comment just for that reason, lols.
I don’t get the hate on his voice, he’s only lost some of his power behind it and it still is just as high as it used to be
Could this crowd be any more dead?

it's kinda hard to get the crowd going when your frontman is constantly staring into a teleprompter.
You try to remember your lyrics after 50 odd years.

Halford is singing good this year, better than 2018

Is that Glen Tipton? I'm amazed that he looks so young and plays so well BEING 71
Yep its really him
Yeah he found the fountain of youth
I fucking love you Nicole
Superb band dead crowd
We can say it about nearly all bands their crowd is dead. Only their phones up in the air. Disgusting
They need to hang it up.
Fuck You...
halford used to command a crowd of thousands, now he just stares into a teleprompter.....it's kinda sad.
@ not a fan of the truth, huh ted?
You don't get out much..(I can tell)
