Great video! Lists like these are always subjective, but I would definitely include Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, an undeniable classic of Gothic literature and arguably the first true science fiction novel, and Hyperion by Dan Simmons, my all-time favourite SF book.

Thanks a lot. Hyperion is great. I couldn't be too hard on Time because at least they got 1984, Neuromancer, and Gravity's Rainbow.
Agree about Stephenson! Though for my money, Diamond Age is his best.
It's hard for me to pick between the two.
