Hello, and thanks for your comment. You can add the infographic to your website and pin it. So that if someone clicks the pin they will reach your website. Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hello, a random question, I have a travel photography site, sometimes in a post there are more than 50 photos each, when the user opens the image, it generates a new page and the URL is based on the title of the image in the metadata, in this case do I have to put noindex in the rankmath Attachments option? I'm worried about google thinking that the photos are duplicate content and I don't understand if I leave noindex the canonical tag will also inform google that it's not duplicate content. What's the best way to set it up? In title and meta - attachments - Media Meta robots - Do I leave noindex, do not follow or do not index images ? Which one should I activate? If I leave “nofollow” disabled, will it prevent me from diluting the page authority for these media attachment pages? Thank you
Hello, and thanks for your comment. Yes, you should noindex image attachment pages to avoid duplicate content and wasted crawl budget. In Rank Math, enable the "Noindex" option for Media Attachments. Alternatively, if you do not want separate page for each image, you can redirect attachments to the posts they appear as discussed here - rankmath.com/kb/should-you-redirect-attachments/ I hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi sir, can i put Tags, author, categories, pages to index ? Or set to no index? If I set to index , is it google considered as duplicate content, I want answer here.. pls reply
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Allowing tag / categories / author pages to be crawled and indexed can be good for SEO if those pages are well-organized, unique, and provide additional value to users. When tags/categories are thoughtfully applied, they can help search engines better understand site structure and find related content, potentially improving internal linking and user experience. However, poorly managed tag and category pages may create duplicate or thin content, which can dilute SEO efforts. If these pages offer little unique content, it’s better to noindex them to avoid cluttering search results and focus on optimizing high-value pages. Hope that helps.
