SOmeone shared this info with me: The mail server almost always (I've never heard of a situation where it didn't) sends a mail as non-spam if it comes from one of your saved contacts. The trick is that the contact needs to be known to the mail provider, so it doesn't help if it's entered locally into whatever mail software someone is using at home. The mail provider only recognises the contact as such if the contact is stored at the mail server, typically by entering the contact details via the web-interface of the email provider.
So glad I got my treasure before this...I'm not tech minded and wouldn't know what to do to correct this problem Sandy. Despite the miniscule mistake, that's still a lovy tool! You were right mate...that AEB-L steel really is good to hone. I have stopped my classic you built for me once a week and just using the weight of the knife at the correct angle between my finger and thumb, with great ease, was able to shave a big ole patch on the back of my forearm....it stropped better than several 01 tool steel ones I have. Reminded me of your shaving with a Jacklore video 😂 just got to finish off both arms now, mu legs and before anyone says anything...I won't be attempting to go near my Niagra's 😂 Thank you for the best knife I've ever owned, looking forward to putting it to camp tasks real soon. Knob thorn - Acacia nigrescens is also known as Giraffe thorn because they like to ,carefully, eat the seed pods. It grows mainly in hot low dry areas and produces a hard dense wood.
