They ban high level players because they know that they spent money to get so strong, so they think that by banning them they will start again from level 1 and re-spend loads of money to get really strong. I think they sold the game to that company (in Cyprus) so that they won't get blamed for it. Just look at all the updates, they all point towards money.
I have also gotten a 1 year ban before because someone false reported me only because I won a 1v1 against him extremely easily, I got accused of hacks. At least I managed to wait it out. The report system is easily abused, u can get people banned without any proof.
