I met a professor Eric Blake at LIU Brooklyn in Fall 2017. An incredibly smart and well spoken Jamaican gentleman. He casually mentioned that Yohan Blake is his nephew. I believe him

Loving the analysis on sprint athletes. Check out either Aaron Donald or Myles Garrett, both absolute freak athletes from the NFL. I'd throw in James Harrison too, older and retired but still super fit and all publish lots of their training on socials. Would love to see you break those guy's training down.

Great video lads, very informative and explained clearly! Would love to see a video on the differences in middle distance runner's S&C (800m and 1500m). I believe Jake Wightman and Elliot Giles have training footage on their youtube channels, lots from American athletes too!

Would love to know how all of this is periodized.
On the topic of S&C for other sports you could react to: S&C for XC skiing. I emailed you guys about it more than a year ago, but I don't blame you for not getting to it. Probably wouldn't get as many views lol.
Jens Burman, a Swedish pro, has a whole video of one training session. Martin Johnsrud Sundby, now retired Olympic gold medalist, has a whole compilation of his off-season training. Then there is Anders Aukland and his insane training for long-distance races where double poling is the only thing that matters.

He has the fastest 100m ever traveled by a human. 50-150 during a 200m I dont remember what year it was. I might be wrong tho 😂

Compared to the beasts of old, the track clothing and shoes are far more advantageous over running in sand&dirt. We have no idea how fast they would have been today

He also has the fastest ever 200m when taking out reaction time from his 19.26

Not quite. Blake 50-150m was 8.81.. Asafa Powell's 8.68 anchor leg in 2008 Olympics is fastest 100m covered by a Human. Bolt was given an 8.65 in 2015 but this has been proven erroneous by high speed footage analysis.

He recently said he switched to carnivore diet, curious to see how this has affected his training since a high carb diet is normal for explosive athletes

I don't think he has ever taken steroids. His best bench press is only 90kg!

So much talk about the physical aspect of training sprint. Yohan Blakes biggest problem is that he's to big now and runs technically worse than when he was at his best. I wonder why he got in this mess? Doesn't he have a good coach that can help him?
