The way Elysia is introduced makes her so hard to trust, because she's overly-friendly and flirty, so you're like 'okay, what is she _really_ after, and watching her with one eye at all times. It's not at all helped by multiple other characters telling you point-blank not to trust her. But you grow to love her the more you learn about her. If you haven't fallen for her by 'Because of You,' you're probably not human. Pretty much all characters in _HI3_ are like this: neither black or white, but a grey mix, where they can slide and be considered 'good' or 'bad' based on their actions at the time. You love a character for how well they're written and realized by their writers, animators, and voice actors, and for those considered villains, even if you hate them you still respect the heck out of them What Otto has done makes him one of Honkai's greatest monsters, and yet without him many other characters would be very different, and some of them wouldn't even exist. He is one of the best antagonists in fiction. Full stop.
Genshin is probably more easier to get into, like latte Honkai is sometimes just stuck on your mouth So many flavors, so many textures, happiness and pain and sadness and hope in a single cup
I was expecting UD and Finana to be part of the 'Captains Around The World' because they've done representative streams for _HI3_ , so I got disappointed when they didn't show. Not so surprised they didn't use 'Befall,' but this is the second concert in so many years where they skipped 'Dual Ego,' and that has some players upset. _Surely_ next year, right?
I love UD, but have you heard his singing voice? Ai Chan sort of dared/coerced him into singing live on stream once, and he was a great sport about it and gave it his best, but I think he’d be the first to say that other fans and content creators surpass him in the singing talent arena & deserved their moment in the spotlight. Disappointment is understandable though…he’s an amazing content creator and rep/fan.
The introduction video you see for Reburn as well is the whole opening in which you fight on the same plane that the performers are on is not the original start of the game since it was changed around Version 1.4 You see part of the original opening at the start of the sizzle reel that plays following the Oracle Performance, the shot that also includes Kiana’s ass. It’s looking rather unlikely that we’ll be getting playable male characters in Honkai or even the next game, that’s a want that only the Global Players have and unlike Genshin Honkai is a much bigger deal in China. Mihoyo did put out a survey to see if people would want male characters, only in China, and not only did the results come out overwhelming negative they got a lot of death threats because of it. To top it off it wasn’t even for a full on battlesuits just one off events or gamemodes like APHO That all said, you’ll be able to play as Kevin for a mission.
tried getting into Honkai twice, and couldnt get past first 3 chapters, i fucking hate the Mission gameplay structure, the start stop constant tiny battle arenas ae terrible, also story is nonexistant at that point, idk if it gets better but the begining is so slow it turns me off.
The game released on 2017 what do you expect? Actually main story got more interesting plot when you reach higher chapter. The early chapter is all about normal school life and all then the table turn
