Question! What are you using for the bass trigger? I have the same kit & a Mapex double pedal, and they do not like each other whatsoever. Once I clamp down the pedal to the trigger bass, the 2nd pedal hammer is like way too off from the pad. No matter what I do, I can't like them up properly. Was thinking about just getting a better electronic bass head.
That might be a good way to go, but what I did was switch the bass and mid-low Tom cords, and that seemed to help. Apparently there was a bit more sensitivity to the other cord, but maybe my kit is just a bit odd?
Which pedals are you using? Ive got a Nitro Max kit and was looking for a set that would fit, and im assuming it would be a similar size to the kit you have
