The reality is County engineers were called to inspect the walls that are against my yard and me neighbors. They deemed them a hazard 9 months ago. Nothing has been done to shore and secure. As a result my neighbors yard is in the canal . Mine is partially hanging. Will join me neighbors tomorrow.
