This rain is terrible for Socal. Commute times double, cars crash left and right, 0.0001% of the homes are affected by flooding, new idiots drive their cars into roads that flood every time it rains, the city managers and workers have new excuses for not doing their jobs and clearing storm drains, the chit gets washed into the ocean, more money is spent on the homeless as if $21B over the last 4 years isnt enough, ..... one problem after another when it rains. Tell everyone not to move to Socal. Its not all that.
