Those of you who keep complaining about her vocals nowadays, a genuine question, why do you keep watching her videos? If you cannot grasp that an artist has a freakin; disease that has been affecting her vocals for years and years now and all you do is spreading shame and disappointment, why are you here? A very genuine question! If you do not see the clear effort and progress she is putting in using her voice differently to not sound strained yet still beautiful, then you need to either get your ears checked or simply stick to old Leona performances that you enjoy and spare us your never ending negativity.
Thanks so much for uploading, I love to keep track of her. She does seem like she’s struggling but she was in tune and had some special moments. It must be so tough for her, like we have now learned for Celine Dion too, when you rely on your voice and the strength is just gone. I’m still praying she will rebuild it and recover somewhat, although I understand that Hashimoto’s isn’t curable as of yet. We can hope and pray 🙏
For the lack of better words you might say "operatic", but it obviously isn't. She has less of a poppy sound since she barely uses chest register in the upper half of the 4th octave, not to mention 5th octave. It is safe to conclude that she extensively avoids chest register above her 1st passagio which should be around g/g#4. The more "weighty" sounding notes during the Climax of "Somehere over the rainbow" are produced in masked placed headvoice.
@@siau1819 If u want me to be honest, the disease has affected her voice a lot. In this video, Leona totally lost her middle and upper belt. Even the audience who sang along with her from 2:09-2:16 had better/stronger belt than her.
Nice but not nice i think she sings in a lovely tone but i definitely think shes avoiding the belted notes for a reason. Shes avoiding again which is a shame really.
@@johnbenstead81sadly, I must tell you the truth that she didn't belt at all. All the high notes were falsetto. You can't call them belting if the notes were below C5 and weak chest voice. So many people couldn't distinguish what kind of voice she used and they didn't even care. Just enjoy the show.
Beautiful, Loveyou Leona!
Welcome back. We miss your multifancam videos. Love to hear "What the world needs now" that she sang in this gig

Leona Lewis has an amazing, unforgettable and haunting voice
Thank you for putting this together and sharing it as always!! 😊❤
6.44 😮❤ sounds amazing 😢
6:43 this is what I’m talking about! Thank you Leona❤
Still sounds beautiful to me. Despite her disease and its roll on her voice, she still finds ways to make it work. She got so unlucky
Awesome performance Leona
Queen 😻🇧🇷🌎
Leona all your buns still love you! Only thing I would say is “we” slash “I” miss the buildups into when you go for it! ❤
Am I hearing slightly more 'operatic' qualities now with her singing? Seems more classical. Which I actually love ❤

So sad to hear her. I always love Leona but she seems whispering now :(

Wish her doing belting again, just like before.
Hashimoto's disease has made her lose everything and it seems keeping deteriorating🥲
So hard to listen to her huhuhuhu. Everything is low notes 😢😢😢😢😢
She belted out all the high notes on her tour last December

@@leonalewisfiles and remember on her last tour, she was ill, so she had to rein it in a bit ❤️
@@johnbenstead81 No, those were all falsetto
