Long video. I hope this helps you improving your beats! If you have any questions make sure to leave a comment! It will also help other people watching this ;)
When I mix a beat, I always follow these steps when it comes to levelling:
1. Kick normalised, at 78% velocity. Important!
2. Drums around the same volume in total
3. Kick always had to be louder than your bass/sub
4. Melodies at --12/-15dB
Just a guide to help you ;)
Thanks

I have questions, you did not do a low/high pass cut on your chords, you also did not compress them, why?
I'm talking about individual compression
How are you able to balance the volumes with the faders that high and it hits between 6 - 9 dB?
Thanks
Like Yeah bro what the hell
