These 3 brothers used to sing in their bedroom as children and their mother thought they accidentally left the radio on. Mom opened the door to turn the radio off and she realized she wasn’t hearing the radio! These men were born with an amazing gift! They performed for more than 50 years before the first one died. Barry is the brother in the middle and he’s the only one still alive. The other 2 are twins. Maurice (pronounced Morris) died in 2003 and Robin died in 2012 after battling cancer! This song is from 1976 and every penny made on this song went to UNICEF. RIP Robin and Maurice, we love and miss you!🫶
@steve Robinson we can’t help it. First of all Barry and his brothers was eye candy they had the beautiful blown out hair but that heavenly voice of theirs just took them to the next level. U will forever get that from this song. I mean look at moe and robins face when they sang they probably thinking damn Barry got these ladies in loveee! 😂 if it was a Concert no doubt they would have been ladies running on stage trying grab and kiss them.
@ShyAnn Pitts they have actually when robin went solo. He was on stage singing his hit song I started a joke and some chick ran up the stage and grab him took poor robin by surprise and she was trying to hug him and he was trying to get away. After he finally got her off him with little to not much help from security. He actually went back to singing the song until he seen a grown ass man running up the stage robin ran for his life. The crazy thing about the whole situation was the event planner of the concert told Robin and another guest singer that they were Secure like they had electrical fence that nobody can’t get over which of course was a lie but Robin being the stud muffin that he is took it all in stride he was very humble and very down to earth and understood the situation even though it was very Trumatic for him I’m guessing. When Michael Jackson needed to seek shelter from the world he went to Barry. True story. Michael loved the Gibb brothers. You youngsters appreciating our past gives us hope for the future. The 70’s called and said you’re welcome 😉

Great music has no race, no time, no color, no era, no limits. It's just great music. The best musicians have always built on the artists who came before them.
This is why I watch these reactions. I love to see today's generation discover and actually appreciate the great music and performers from the past. The Bee Gees are LEGENDARY, so talented with perfect harmony. They were so popular in the 70s and were on the radio so much that I think we all loved their songs but greatly underappreciated their actual talent. I know I appreciate them so much more now and wish Robin and Maurice were still here so we could hear more. I miss these guys. Great reaction!!
The middle is Barry GIBB the twins are on each side..Robin and Maurice doing harmonies they are all iconic legends! Maurice and Robin have passed away but Barry is still with us in his mid 70’s now but still looks FINE!
The guy in the middle is Barry Gibb, the last surviving BeeGee. He is still performing at age 78. What an awesome voice. Im a 50+ year forever fan of theirs.
Excellent review. As a 65 year old white man I am so glad you found and like the music I grew up on. I feel connected to you, great music crosses all color lines. Keep up the good work
I’m a 62 year old man and they were a big part of my high school days. I have watched MANY people react to this. I have to tell you, your reaction is THE BEST I HAVE WATCHED!!! As he went up higher and higher, it was fun watching you have a…well, maybe I should just say, it was obvious you had a little personal summer sweep over you. It was so awesome and again, this is BY FAR the best and most genuine reactions I’ve watched. I just subscribed
Welcome to the Bee Gees world. Three brothers, fraternal twins Robin and Maurice and the oldest, the one in the middle, Barry, is the only one alive. They had great voices, they wrote many songs for many singers. They gave all royalties (millions of dollars)for this song to charity UNICEF.
@@Odinn_68 Lesley is the eldest and only girl and 4 brothers. Barry is the only brother alive . The youngest dated Victoria Principal from the soap Dallas.
This was the music of my generation, I was in the army when these guys started singing, I am 82 years old and have never ever heard a group that can match their voices and to top it off, these brothers were really nice guys. Only Barry is alive today. There will never ever be another Bee Gees. But I loved your reaction. That was mine also when I first heard them the wife and I sometimes play their music and slow dance to it. Treat yourself and listen to their other stuff. You will enjoy it. Music for the soul.
This was my parents generation and I love the Bee Gees, But you say they were unmatched....and it just popped into my head that there was a group that sounded like them from my era "Boyz ii Men" and just as good imo. "end of the road" was their big big hit
I love it that you're mad that there's music like this you've never heard of. Tell your generation. THIS IS WHAT WE GREW UP ON! It's why folks in their 50's get so put out with what's on the radio. This is our upbringing.
It’s not just the voices, it’s everything. Their genuine raw beautiful way of singing. It’s like they’re making love in a beautiful way every time they sing. Beautiful inside and out.
Barry is still with us at 74. He was the oldest of the 4 boys of Barbara & Hugh Gibb. He has an older sister Lesley who didn't sing. His brother Andy died at 30, he was the youngest but wasn't a Bee Gee but a great solo performer in his own right. The Bee Gees wrote amazing songs & for other performers too. Their catalogue of hits is endless & the group only ended when Maurice & Robin died, sadly, it's still hard to believe they're gone only 53 & 62 in ages. Sure they would have continued well into 2020 & beyond. Barry that's his name is left to continue on. Check them out as children & teens, they were great then too. U could see how talented they would become.
This song was for UNICEF fund raiser shot in 1 take with an orchestra no auto tune then all money donated to UNICEF, its insane to think it wasn't edited no computer nothing but pure talent.
These were true Love Songs. When love meant something. This is why there are goose bumps and emotions. Barry Gibb is one in the middle. He is now 75 years old, but still handsome and can still sing in falsetto.
Barry did get all the girls until he saw "Miss Edinburgh", whose name is Linda. They married in 1970, are still together, and had 5 children!! And now grandchildren!!🙏🌹😇
@@williamreilly8193 Yeah he admitted that, but said they would always get back together. Barry had to much swag to be married so young realistically. The funny thing is that Barry's mother told Linda that Barry had other girlfriends. Barry admitted that he was juggling 6 girlfriends at one time, and had 6 rings in his pocket. My brother is the same way love women, smh.
Barry had the perfect hair, shirt open to show his chest hair, had that pimp stroll, nice fitted jeans, the height, personality, I'm mean come on. The man was walking sex appeal, and could sing. The man has women 40 years later in awe of him.
Hello my darling. The Bee Gees were back in the 1970's back when I was a teenager. There Awesome. The guy in the middle his name is Barry Gibb ,those 2 others were his brothers. His brother Robin died in 2012 at the age of 62 nine years after his twin brother Marice died. And his youngest brother Andy died at the age of 30 in 1988. Of a heart attack. BARRY the one in the middle is still Alive today. They were The Best. I love there music still today.. Now that was music. HI hope you enjoy the rest of there music they have alot. God bless you sweetie. God to see that there are people out there still enjoying there music. Go search them ,love. Enjoy the music of the 70's... 😍
Barry (middle guy) has been married to same woman since very early seventies. Still it’s. Classy man. Has it all. One in a million. The difference in the eras - no swearing, nothing vulgar just pure music and PURE GOLD. We need to return to this type of music.
3 brothers, from left to right: Robin Gibb, Barry Gibb & Maurice Gibb. From Australia. This song was released in 1979. They all did their own songs, but Barry did the most lead vocals. They also had a younger brother (Andy Gibb) who was also gifted but went out on his own. Their most recognized by name hit was "Stayin' Alive" used in the movie 'Saturday Night Fever'. We had the greatest music back in the day, I am thankful for that. They have all passed away except for Barry.
Written and performed in 1978 with a live orchestra. Way before autotune, which they never used. To me this is the most perfect love song every written and they donated all of the royalties to this song to UNICE. Barry (oldest brother) is the one in the middle, Maurice (pronounced Morris) is on the right and Robin is on the left. Robin and Maurice are twins and 3 years younger than Barry. They have been singing together since they were kids in the 1950s so their harmonies are incredible. They started writing, singing and performing in the 1960s. They write all of their own music - melody, lyrics, orchestration and performing and recording only their own music. They also write and produce for other artists - Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Dionne Warwick, Barbra Streisand, Celine Dione, Kenny Rogers, etc. Unfortunately, Maurice died in 2003 though they kept writing, recording and performing together up to that time. After he died Robin and Barry continued to write, record and perform until Robin died in 2012. Barry then continued to write, record and perform solo though he retired a couple of years ago due to hearing problems and arthritis in his hands after playing guitar since he was a kid. He now mentors young artists. They wore and made beards sexy long before they were popular. Barry and his wife, Linda, have been married 54 years and have 5 children and numerous grandchildren. I always imagined Barry singing this song to Linda.
I’m so happy that this generation can feel and relate to the lyrics and meaningful vibes that are coming out of the voices of groups like The Bee Gees.. Us Grandparents, grew up jamming to the most amazing music of all time… No internet, No auto tune, no cuss words or mention of any body parts… Simply beautiful, meaningful, harmonious, soulful and breathtaking lyrics and instruments… As a person in my 60’s, I’m telling you, never underestimate the pure joy we were blessed to listen to back in our days.. Old Skool will forever be lit 🔥 My children grew up listening to my generational music and now their children are listening to and singing it too… I love seeing your reactions to our music.. Half of you were conceived because of music like this… Just Saying 😅
Love your reaction and it makes me smile. I’m 50 now, and had the pleasure of growing up listening to this beautiful music on the radio. The Bee Gees were from an era when most songs were written about love and everyone that listened, was positive and happy. I’m glad to see there’s a whole other generation appreciating this music.....listen on!! 😊
Robin, Barry, & Maurice!!! Those voices are absolutely amazing!!! I loved them back in the day and still do today!!! R.I.P. Robin, Maurice, & their other brother, Andy.
When Barry was nine and the twins were six they could already sing in perfect harmony, their first tv appearance was in 1960 with this song called Time is Passing By Barry was 14 and wrote the song and Maurice (Morris) and Robin were 11 but looked like they were about eight or nine it's cute and you can see their talent for vocal harmony even back then
I loved your reaction video; it’s so much fun to see this generation discover and appreciate our “old” music. The BEE GEES are legendary. Not only did they have perfect harmony, but they were amazing song writers as well. They wrote most of their own songs, but wrote a lot of music for other artists. If you noticed, they were recording using one microphone. No recording gimmicks, just pure raw talent. There is so much more that I am sure that you would enjoy from these talented brothers.
Even Michael Jackson CRIED when he first heard bee gees sing. They sing like ANGELS. God given talent.....cause it comes so natural for them. God distributes talent to all people's.
Every time I listen to The Bee Gees I get extremely emotional. Their voices are angelic. I go back to my childhood every time. Thank god I grew up on their music!
every woman secretly wants the one they love to feel this way about them. The brothers' voices blended so beautifully that your soul just melts. Loved your reaction! You got so moved by their music and they hadn't even finished the first verse. And don't sweat it honey, your mom or grandma likely felt exactly as you do 40 odd years ago.
Barry is the only brother left... He is still here. I hope he sees how much people love his voice... He needs to sing for us again... Love you Barry and all your brothers! 🎶😍🎶
Andy, the youngest brother, also had a career in music. While Barry was the oldest, his siblings passed away starting with the youngest, Andy, and then the twins. I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for Barry. As the oldest sibling, you normally don't imagine being the last one standing.
3:50 No, you're fine, sweetie. It's a beautiful song with a deep message and that wall of sound just hits right in the heart. You take all the time you need.
It's so funny to watch dozens of these reactions to this song and see almost everyone stop at the exact same places in the first 30 seconds of the song to express how amazed they are. Loved your particular reaction. Specially when Barry takes it to the next level that nobody would think he can get to.
I grew up up to this music back in the 70s! Sensational!!! Never met them in person, but I was singing along to their songs on my record player and as they came out on the radio!! Too Much Heaven is one of my most favourites!! They actually donated the proceeds, royalties, from this song to a children's charity, I believe, Unicef. An amazing group!! I will be a Bee Gees fan forever!!! :-)
It’s so refreshing to know younger generations are open and intelligent enough to venture off into Musics Diversity and how it resonates through our Soul and brings all nationalities together. , Stay on the Journey, there’s so much Music
Literally everyone in this comment section “admit that you were shocked that they were white” why would I be shocked when I saw the thumbnail! 😑 The most annoying thing is reading comments where people assume they know what I’m thinking! I said exactly what I was thinking in this reaction. It had nothing to do with skin color and everything to do with the voices! I grew up listening to Elvis so I know there are white people who sing with soul! The fact that some of you are making me out to seem racist is what’s wrong with the world today. Stop assuming and don’t put words into my mouth. Thanks.
lol No need to be surprised that they’re white; they could look like anything-white, black, blue, aliens, whatever, and you’d still be shocked by that sound. Hope you are doing well.
Oof. Sorry you went through that. Definitely an effect of other reactions they've seen. Look if the reactor didn't say it, then don't assume folks. Wasn't even slightly the focus here.
It is good that you young people are showing your "reaction" videos to this song - and the BeeGees -- you will raise new awareness of this unique band and their timeless music, their incredible harmonies

You will LOVE everything they sing. Like 50 yrs worth.....enjoy your journey!!!!!
this is what early early 70’s music produced….. period
.. alot of babies have been born because of this song ! :)
They are the greatest band of the 70s
She said “McDreamy”….. love it…
Sweet reaction❤️bee geees 😍
Women melt when Barry hits that high note EVERYTIME!!! lol
It’s so great to these young people appreciating what music actually sounds like. Most of modern music is nonsense and digital.
Legends & timeless! 🥰🎶
Goosebumps all the way. ❤️❤️
Robin, Barry, & Maurice!!! Those voices are absolutely amazing!!! I loved them back in the day and still do today!!! R.I.P. Robin, Maurice, & their other brother, Andy.
Her mouth drop was priceless
When Barry was nine and the twins were six they could already sing in perfect harmony, their first tv appearance was in 1960 with this song called Time is Passing By Barry was 14 and wrote the song and Maurice (Morris) and Robin were 11 but looked like they were about eight or nine it's cute and you can see their talent for vocal harmony even back then
Oh wow...thnx for that info.
Can you imagine how many wedding playlists this song graced back in the day?
I loved your reaction video; it’s so much fun to see this generation discover and appreciate our “old” music. The BEE GEES are legendary. Not only did they have perfect harmony, but they were amazing song writers as well. They wrote most of their own songs, but wrote a lot of music for other artists. If you noticed, they were recording using one microphone. No recording gimmicks, just pure raw talent. There is so much more that I am sure that you would enjoy from these talented brothers.
I absolutely ADORE the Bee Gees ❤ Barry's voice always gets to me it's phenomenal ❤
God bless the Gibb brothers. RIP Maurice and Robin ❤
Barry is the one singing those beautiful high notes. He's the only brother that is still living. They were such an amazing group.
Best reaction to the bee gees. And I've watched several!❤
Omg....lmao when Barry Hits those notes!
Even men lose their mind when Barry hits the high notes lol
@@kellyanderson7624 Facts!!!
Angels singing.
Bee Gees racked up tons of hits over the decades....across genres....pure talent.
I know,so much beauty HURTS!
Even Michael Jackson CRIED when he first heard bee gees sing. They sing like ANGELS. God given talent.....cause it comes so natural for them. God distributes talent to all people's.
M.J. was the same age as younger brother, Andy Gibb. He and Barry were good friends.
Every time I listen to The Bee Gees I get extremely emotional. Their voices are angelic. I go back to my childhood every time. Thank god I grew up on their music!
Barry is so fine!! BeeGees are my favorite group ever! Great reaction to this amazingly talented group of brothers!
The kings of falsetto!
Barrys voice was out of this world beautiful. When he goes high I have tears well up each time. I could listen to it on repeat all day long. amazing.
I'm 75 they still give me
chills
every woman secretly wants the one they love to feel this way about them. The brothers' voices blended so beautifully that your soul just melts. Loved your reaction! You got so moved by their music and they hadn't even finished the first verse. And don't sweat it honey, your mom or grandma likely felt exactly as you do 40 odd years ago.
You got a lot more songs to listen to from the Bee gees that will make your heart melt.
Unfortunately, only lead singer Barry Gibb, the guy in the middle, is the only living BG alive. His brothers passed away years ago.
I remember roller skating to this song back in 78 and 79.
The Bee Gee has made Million's of jaw's drop and made em have a look of awe!!!! Sorry you just wasn't born when this first came out fine Lady!!!
You've discovered a platinum mine of music with the Bee Gees. They are phenomenal, with hits in many genres. Keep going, you're in for a real treat.
Bee Gees are all brothers.
3:50 No, you're fine, sweetie. It's a beautiful song with a deep message and that wall of sound just hits right in the heart. You take all the time you need.
the brilliant bee gee brothers
More than 40 years of listening to them and they still give goosebumps. I love watching reactions of those who’ve never heard them.
Sometimes we r overwhelmed when our biases are undone
It's so funny to watch dozens of these reactions to this song and see almost everyone stop at the exact same places in the first 30 seconds of the song to express how amazed they are. Loved your particular reaction. Specially when Barry takes it to the next level that nobody would think he can get to.
I still get tears when I listen to the Bee Gees
These legends still move people. That's true talent and artistry.
I love this woman!!!!!! I love her bare honesty. The BEE GEES were awesome back in the day!!
Watching a young woman fall in love with Barry Gibb makes my soul happy. Thank you do much.
It’s so refreshing to know younger generations are open and intelligent enough to venture off into Musics Diversity and how it resonates through our Soul and brings all nationalities together. , Stay on the Journey, there’s so much Music
They are angels
Literally everyone in this comment section “admit that you were shocked that they were white” why would I be shocked when I saw the thumbnail! 😑 The most annoying thing is reading comments where people assume they know what I’m thinking! I said exactly what I was thinking in this reaction. It had nothing to do with skin color and everything to do with the voices! I grew up listening to Elvis so I know there are white people who sing with soul! The fact that some of you are making me out to seem racist is what’s wrong with the world today. Stop assuming and don’t put words into my mouth. Thanks.
One is still alive- Barry (the lead), let’s celebrate his brilliance before we lose him too 🙏🏼💜🥰
forget the ignorant people.
lol No need to be surprised that they’re white; they could look like anything-white, black, blue, aliens, whatever, and you’d still be shocked by that sound. Hope you are doing well.
Oof. Sorry you went through that. Definitely an effect of other reactions they've seen. Look if the reactor didn't say it, then don't assume folks. Wasn't even slightly the focus here.
The guy in the middle is andy
I had the same reaction to them when I was your age, several decades ago. They were very special.
You have just only scratched the surface. Talent in music is not only confined in the USA.
The UK is a powerhouse when it comes to music.
It is good that you young people are showing your "reaction" videos to this song - and the BeeGees -- you will raise new awareness of this unique band and their timeless music, their incredible harmonies
Love is such a beautiful thing.. this song is ❣
Lol, Barry made EVERY woman feel some way, love them.
"There's just so much I can take"...LOL. I think that was the best quote you said on this reaction song. Good going.
I think she fell for Barry like most of the women she was getting worked up she was dreaming about barry
