Similar traffic lights are actually used in Hamburg, Germany quite often. They use a timer which shows the seconds remaining with numbers instead of the extra circle, but it still pretty cool
They've had the lights for parking in Westfield for years tho very sick tbf

As a professional dog walker those leads have done wonders for my clients! We walk reactive/nervous dogs who don’t like being near other dogs. Other owners see the ‘no dogs’ and will put their dog back on the lead whilst we pass saving both dogs a lot of stress. We use the ‘friendly’ leads on the dog breeds people tend to have negative associations with e.g. Staffies, Rotties etc. to let other owners know these dogs love playing and attention.

in the netherlands we have the counters on the trafic signs but they just wait on the last light for hours

The traffic light one is in some places in Ireland but instead of the counter counting in the circles it’s beside it and counts down from a minute
The parking lights is everywhere at least in belgium and france and switzerland
In belgium we have a lot of lights that count down until it goes green
that parking light thing has existed at where I live (Sydney) since like 2013 lol

For the parking lot one, almost every parking lot has those in Singapore, I just thought everywhere had those until now.
About the traffic lights, when i went to KSA there are traffucs lights that are literally a countdown with a red colour if its red and turning green and same with green
we have the green lights marking empty spaces in garages like everywhere here in switzerland
