challenged myself to make an ashfur pmv without including the fire scene and tbh?? the drama between ashfur and hawkfrost needed more attention, it was kinda brushed past in the books so i tired to give it a little more back story
music belongs to slothrust! i highly reccomend checking out some of their other works, they've easily become one of my favourite bands / slothrust

This is incredible! I love how you focused on both Ash and Hawk dying in the water in the end, I’ve never seen another pmv focus on that, and all the fantastic visuals and designs (gotta love round Firestar) and of course the pallet and background, it all comes together so nicely, you did amazing !!
I love it! This PMV made me realize that Hawkfrost and Ashfur both had a neck wound, and they both were murdered by ThunderClan cats, both toms, both with blue eyes, and both bled in water and their bodies were found in water. I also love the colors, and how they are all designed. Amazing work!
you know, thinking about it... their deaths were even similar. Damage to the throat before bleeding out in the water.

All your pmvs are so incredible and inspiring! I a d o r e the designs in this, especially Hawk’s but also the way he talks with his paw at 1:20 as if to tease Bramble is brilliant! Overall, another splendid piece of work!

AH OMG THIS ROCKS SO HARD i absolutely ADORE ur hawkfrost design and the emphasis u place on scenes that arent usually covered by pmvs!!! the whole bit with ash and hawk scheming together and testing the trap was FANTASTIC!!!!
This is so great! I especially love the movements at 1:17 with hawkfrost drawing in the dirt and gesturing with his paw. Such great colors and designs too!

This is such a good pmv, I can't believe you're so underrated! I really like the way you draw paws, it really makes them look useable and similar to hands! Plus, you have really dynamic movements that work really well with the song!
I also could go on for so long about the colors and storytelling, but we'd be here all day

never realized up until now that both Ashfur and Hawkfrost's dead bodies were found by their respective clanmates half-submerged in a river/lake

Love the art but their relationship always made me feel more like Hawkfrost was just using a pissed of Ashfure to kill firestar and the very quickly after Ashfure realized that getting his leader killed may not be the best idea and led the group to the trap.

Hawkfrost’s design kinda looks like scar from the lion king (animated lion king not the 2019 one) with the dark circles around the eyes and slick back hair, which is cool in my opinion. You got a new subscriber young boi.

it really highlighted how firestar got blameclaw's head to get his girlfriend out of ashur (from what i hear they dated for a while) and that's how the whole downfall happened...
Pov: if firestar really got it wrong all this time, then it means that the wronged cats (not the evil ones) didn't deserve to go to darkforest, and that starclan is a little suspicious of being of real good, because I remember a time in which the offspring of the prophecy were taken from their mother to be with another and that made everyone's mind (especially hollyleaf's) so I really believe that nothing in these things is fair, because there are cases like mapleshade, she was extremely faithful and was seduced to later lose her children, be betrayed and even made a villain (before and after killing the cats) and no one thought she was being wronged.
anyway, my opinions, I would really like to know yours : )

I actually have a very similar concept with my 3 ocs they're all toms
Shade stalk Ash feather and Sweet whisker
Shade stalk and Ash feather were interested in eachother as apprentices and Ash pressured Shade to train in the dark forest without realizing pressuring was bad
Shade didn't notice that Ash was pressuring and agreed
But as warriors Sweet whisker and Shade stalk became mates and Ash feather was outraged
I never noticed how much Ash feather resembles Ash fur
Meanwhile Shade stalk is like squirrel flight
And Sweet whisker is Bramble claw
I might have of my other evil ocs become Ash feathers mate this inspired me
